My daughter & friends ate here before homecoming on 10/4/24. I sent her with $25 to pay for her meal. We researched the menu prior & decided the chicken Alfredo ($14) was the best option, and $25 would more than cover the meal. I found out it cost her $37 to eat!! $37 for 1 person because the prices were jacked up due to homecoming & gratuity included. This is NOT FAIR!! Her friends had to all put their money together to cover the meals. I am outraged by this. How is a plate of chicken Alfredo & a soda worth $37 for 1 person?!?! I heard positive reviews about this restaurant, but after what happened, we will not be returning.

I came in as a single diner, the service IMPECCABLE. The food IMMACULATE. The atmosphere was light and casual in the mid day with a lot of natural light from big windows but could be more romantic at night with the lighting. This might be my new favorite place.

The food was good. Calamari and lasagna were excellent. The farfalle was just fair. It really needs something else. Peas, prosciutto? Servers were just standing around, had to ask & wait twice for parmesean & pepper. And please do something about the tables! They are gross & sticky because something was used that ruined the finish.

Paulo and Bill does good Italian well. We had three different people helping us and all were knowledgeable and friendly. My table mates and I all thought the food was very tasty.
Only downside was the price which seemed a little on the high side for lunch portions. Still, will come back again.

Excellent grilled chicken salad! Enjoyed being able to order a half order, too, for our ladies' luncheon. Our waiter was professional and kind. Enjoyed our time at Paulo and Bills as always!
This is easily one of best restaurant in the Shawnee area. The staff here is absolutely fantastic. Very warm and welcoming hosts, amazing servers. But on top of that the food is delicious. Alfredo is a go-to of mine and P&B has by far the best Fettuccine Alfredo I’ve had from any restaurant. The chicken is always perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Very consistent food and great portions as well. All around one of my favorites. Definitely recommend

We went for happy hour and the menu was changed and much more expensive. No pastas? Good for the restaurant as we ordered off the regular menu spending more monies. Food was good but won't be back for HH
