Orderd a pizza from Pizza Hut. Got the pizza . No ranch . No receipt.. no butter crust.. and then when I try to call store get a call center. Telling me to call the store .. then my number gets blocked . Trying to get a receipt for my company.. cause company card paid for the food . And.. I had no receipt to sign . So that's fraud right there for them to sign . When I didn't .

We love this location! We drove 45 minutes so we could have a dine-in experience for our family reunion. The staff was so helpful to accommodate us and the order turned out great. We wanted our kids to experience the same nostalgia as kids and would love to see more “classic” restaurants back again!

I had a very disappointing experience with this Pizza Hut location. I placed an online order around 7:00 PM with a delivery estimate of 7:47–7:57 PM. That time came and went with no update. At 8:10 PM, I called the store and was told the driver “just left,” even though the online tracker still showed my order as “in preparation.” When I asked for an updated ETA or any kind of compensation, the employee repeatedly went silent and eventually offered only $2, which felt dismissive considering how late the order was.
When I politely asked for her name, she refused to answer and hung up on me. I called back and was placed on hold, and after avoiding the question again, she finally said her name was “Courtney,” but her behavior made that questionable. My order didn’t arrive until 8:30 PM—well over an hour after I ordered.
The lack of communication, the unprofessional attitude, and the way I was treated as a customer were completely unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously, because no customer should be ignored, hung up on, or spoken to this way.

We eat here once a week or so and usually do carryout. We consistently have good experiences with this location. Our order is always right. It’s always ready when promised. The quality of the food is almost what I remember Pizza Hut being in the 90s. I really appreciate the drive thru window, and the employees that staff it are usually polite. I hope I’m not jinxing myself with a good review here, but I feel fortunate to have this good of a Pizza Hut in my neighborhood.
