Food usually be on point. But PH needs to have actual deliver drivers to deliver instead of DoorDash Maria who delivered our order today didn’t know what she was doing, and was so lazy she didn’t even wanna do the work to find the address number on the building.

I choose this place because I was close by and food was on time, but got the wrong order the guy ask me if I wanted to see my order I said no it’s fine the guys was friendly so I trusted they got my order right, got home got it wrong some else’s order I order a large pepperoni stuffed crust with extra sauce and a pepperoni Italian sausage got one right and not the other not impressed. And on top of that I give them their tip. Couldn’t go back because I live 15 minutes away lesson learned not to order from there and check on my order before leaving the store.

Ordered food from here accidentally placed the wrong address, since they use door dash I was unable to change address? Lost my money and got no food.

Whoever answered the phone did not know how to talk properly so never got to try the food
The 1st time ordering here, i placed a simple personal pan pizza order for carry-out.....
1. Their phone had lot of static, and the employee had a hard time hearing me. 2. The owner changed the passcode for the computer, then thought it was a good idea to leave without telling anyone the new code. 3. Out of dimes and penny's for making change. 4. Made the pizza with a different crust than what i ordered.
Never again.

I had to wait 24 minutes past my stated pick up time. I ordered 6 pizzas and two orders of breadsticks. I got 4 pizzas and no breadsticks. When I asked the Pizza Hut cashier if there were six pizzas and two breadsticks in the 4 boxes, he said yes I put them in personally. Two problems - you ripped me off for two pizzas and two orders of breadsticks, and the Pizza Hut person had no problem lying to me. You will get no more of my money.

I seem to only have problems with this Pizza Hut. Multiple times I’ve had my order sent to the wrong address, my money taken without getting service. Just now I placed an order and spent $30 just to get an email saying “not processed please call your Pizza Hut”. When I do call I get the rudest possible attitude after just giving the store $30 of my money. Not a great way to keep customers. Disappointed impossibly. Wish there was Dominoes nearby.
