Pink stuff is always good! Love the salad, cheese bread, manicotti, and their marinara sauce. Pizza sometimes is delicious and other times is not. Last pizza was awful, lacking cheese.. burnt on top and bottom. Other times it will be the best pizza you have ever had.

Server did not have her hair tied up, waited 10 minutes to even get menus. Super busy and not worth the price

My friends and I ordered food from this location when we picked it up her meatball sub had no sauce and no cheese, the cheese bread had hair baked into the cheese. When she called to talk to someone they were like the cheese is on there and I can send you some coupons. This was the first and last time we will eat here!

I bought lunch for my friends. There was barely any sauce or mozzarella cheese on my meatball sub. My friend had hair that was baked underneath the cheese on her garlic cheese bread. When I called them they offered to send me coupons in the mail. Very disappointing. We will not be back.

Was not impressed. Tried them for the first time. Ordered the King size meat pizza. They weren't busy. Seated right away but took awhile for someone to come to take the order. Ordered pizza and breadsticks. Got the breadsticks, they were bland and marina sauce had no flavor. Sticks tasted like they were just bread that was prepackaged, frozen and thawed, no flavor, generic plain sticks. Sauce also had no flavor and been setting out for awhile. Finally got the pizza - it was not worth the 30 bucks. A thin crust meat pizza that was sadder than a Chuck E. Cheese cardboard pie. Unevenly cooked, areas burnt, some undercooked. Toppings not evenly spread. It was hot, but didn't taste great, like a cardboard box. A Mexican pizza from Taco Bell has better personality and flavor than the pie I had. First impression was bad, won't be going back. I'll get my pie from Papa John's down the street if I'm in that area.

I’ve been eating at Pizza Shoppe in Western Shawnee for 20+ years. I really enjoy their pizza and am crazy about the pink stuff. I’m also very happy and willing to pay a little more for a local, family owned restaurant that is not a chain. BUT, you have to give me a little more than long wait times, apathetic employees and absolutely insane prices. In business, you have to either provide a unique product, exceptional service or be very price competitive. If you can stack two of those together, you have a banger of a business. At 5:30, on the Friday of a Chiefs game, I called in a pickup. Absolutely expected 45 minutes. When I was told 20-25 minutes, I was pleasantly surprised. I take my time, arrive 30 minutes later and am told it will be a few more minutes. That’s cool, it’s busy - I understand. 20 minutes later, I check in to see the progress and an employee grabs my pizza off the top of an oven. Slightly disappointed, but I understand they’re busy. My complaint: $27.99 for a “large” pizza feels a little crazy. Add a 50 minute wait, and it’s a head scratcher. For comparison, they call it a King (14”). Frustrated with the price, I checked a few other pizza restaurants in the area. Minsky’s has a very similar pizza for $23.99 (also 14”). Papa John’s (I know it’s a chain and one could argue flavor) had a promotion for one two topping pizza and one specialty pizza (two large pizzas) for $27.99.

I ordered 2 large salads with extra dressing to be delivered. Both salads had no dressing and I was told there was nothing they could do and were very backed up. I asked to speak to the manager and instead of getting them as requested, was told no, there was nothing he could do even though it was their error. Horrible customer service!
