Bro this place is wild why you playing music with an aux cord that cuts out it ruined the whole experience and it was so loud plz stop

giving one star because they messed up our order the night before and I called and went back the next day as of today to get a remake, and I had went through the drive-through and tried to order two drinks, and the teenage girl in the drive-through told me it was $15 for two drinks and she had an attitude and proceeded to call me baby and honey; as said “Sorry i don’t know what to tell you baby” And smacked her lips and gave me a snotty look. Canes is such a good corporation and always has kind people, but this location has proven me the service and employees are extremely rude and snotty.

Visited one Friday about 5:30. It was so busy we had to wait to find park. The food is delicious, no cold crusty fries or chicken. Hot and melts in your mouth filled with freshly cooked flavor

This was my first time at Raising Cain and it meet all my high expectations. My meal was delicious, the service was excellent, and the wait going through the drive through was short. I'll be back!

The chicken had a burnt taste. Management was notified, but continued to serve meals. No refunds were offered. The issue appeared to be the grease needed to be changed.

Out of ketchup. Sweet tea was unsweetened.

The dinner was extremely disgusting. All the tables were dirty. Trash on the floors. The floors were sticky and needed cleaned. The bathroom had no paper towels and no toilet paper

They were very busy, but my chicken was just barely cooked enough to be safe. I thought the bread would be toasted crispy and it was soggy. Well I went in the ladies room the toilet paper roll was laying on the floor on its side. The four containers for it were completely empty. They're going to open one in Topeka Kansas and I guarantee you I will not be patronizing it.

They forgot my cane sauce, when I called the manager said to come in and he would also give me a free meal. Upon arrival he said he looked at the security footage and told me I was lying and would not comp me anything. I was only 5 mins away and in that five minutes he was able to find out which bag was mine and find the extract time and moment they gave me the sauce. I CANT EAT CANES WITHOUT THE SAUCE, WHY WOULD I LIE. I DONT EVEN CARE ABOUT THE FREE MEAL I JUST WANT MY SAUCE. I started going to the gym so that next time I am prepared for bad customer service. CANES SAUCE IS WORTH A FIGHT.
