Really disappointed to learn Eggtc. had been sold. Rize N Shine is definitely a downgrade. While the service and atmosphere were fine, the food was underwhelming. Much of the menu is the same—just renamed—but the taste and quality of the cook just feels lazy. My friend order an omelette and added mushrooms—they were laid raw on top—and the cheese was like bagged grated and didn’t melt. I order salmon eggs Benedict (something I routinely ordered at Eggtc. The hollandaise did not have a good flavor and was thin. The poached eggs were undercooked with raw egg whites. While I loved Eggtc., this ain’t it and probably won’t be back.

Since changing from Eggtc, something is way different. The biscuits had an odd, almost rancid taste. Omelet flavorless, raw mushrooms, cheese not melted. Not the same menu even though they touted everything is the same. Very disappointing. Will not return.

My wife is a vegetarian, and had a procedure nearby where she couldn't eat the day before. We went there for breakfast, MANY options for her. At that point she was still a bit "loopy", and later in the day after we were home, she realized she did NOT have her wallet!! I went online, found an email, contacted them LONG after hours, and in < 2 minutes, the owner emailed back, said his manager had indeed found her wallet, it was in the vault, and she could collect it the next day during business hours. When she went to collect it, the server even recognized her when she went in. He said they ran outside trying to catch us, but we were already gone. They would NOT take ANY reward for their honesty and going out of the way for us!!! I can't say ENOUGH good things about Rize N Shine. The FOOD was TERRIFIC, and the STAFF was top of the line!! HIGHLY recommend, we live 30 miles away, but WILL make it a point to stop by there to eat when in the area, due to their great food and FANTASTIC customer service!!!!

Just had the most amazing cinnamon roll today!! Seriously, I know my cinnamon rolls, and this one was delicious. Oh, also had the egg and sausage biscuit which was also super tasty. :) Leah was our server and was cheerful and attentive (even during a busy little rush). Hate for y’all to know about this place because then it will be busy when I want to come in ;) Seriously, great atmosphere and excellent food and service!

Got the chicken fried steak and eggs and was delicious, highly recommend.
Open during road construction!! Quick breakfast this morning before a baseball showcase. Healthy omelet with breakfast potatoes and chicken n waffle. Hot, tasty and fast. Great locally owned spot to meet up with friends too!

If you're looking for a great breakfast spot, Rise n Shine is the place to go. From the moment I stepped in, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The cozy atmosphere sets the perfect tone for a relaxing morning.
I ordered the biscuits and gravy, and they did not disappoint. The biscuits were wonderfully soft and flaky, topped with a rich gravy that was bursting with flavor.
What really stood out was how kind the employees were. They checked in just enough to make sure I was enjoying my meal without being overbearing. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers.
Overall, Rize n Shine is a hidden gem for breakfast lovers. I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!
