This was my first time drinking a scooters drink, and they blew me by surprise. I got the candy cane mocha with an extra shot of espresso and the ladies exceeded my expectations on the presentation, and it tasted lovely 😋. Thank you!
No problem with the product itself, but there is a girl here who always seems like she's in a terrible mood. Like I get it, it's work, I'm not asking you to be fake - but three times now she has not said anything to me handing me my drink, and acts very bothered in general to be serving me. Not even a have a nice day or anything near basic customer service manners. The one on the headset is very friendly, but the one working the window was unpleasent. Being polite...
The young gentlemen were polite and wanted to serve. You had signs everywhere stating "1/2 price drinks from 3 pm until 5 pm"! We ordered 2 medium hot coffees. It came up as over $7 (with military discount)! We asked them about ALL DRINKS were 1/2 price and they said "The hot coffee does come up in the register discounted" Please honor your advertisements!! (FALSE ADVERTISMENT!) Thanks.
