I come to this location regularly! The smoothies are always perfect and the staff is always so polite and welcoming. The owners are great people and always so kind. I keep coming back because they are the best location ever. 1000/10 recommended!!!!!!!!!!!

We went in for our first time to Smoothie King this afternoon, and we had a great experience. I used a coupon, and asked for extra empty cups so I could split it between my kids, and the server split them for me. A small gesture, but meaningful to me. And I had misordered my daughter's preference, but when the server found out, he made us a replacement for free. I took off a star for atmosphere because for my first time ordering, I felt very lost. The store had a strange layout, and the menu is quite overwhelming. But the server helped us find the basics and I was able to proceed from there.

Cancelled my order and process of getting it resolved is a NIGHTMARE. They use a mix of door dash, uber eats and if the driver cancels for whatever reason, they tell you to reach out to smoothie king for any concerns. There was no offer to try delivery again. They told me to order it again on the app and refund will get slow processed within eventually. Since I used rewards, there is no solution to use again now also. Will not order from here again. I ordered from Parkville location yesterday without any problems at all.

Do not go to this smoothie King the young staff truly don’t care they’re just there for a job. They’re not paying attention just having fun. Ordered an online through the app. Absolutely got the wrong shake. Wrong flavor. Will not be returning to this location ever again. Will continue to support other locations. I’ve never had a problem within 15 years.

Smoothie is yummy and employees were nice and friendly! I see that an earlier review says they want plastic cups…. I love the styrofoam! Other locations don’t have them so it was nice to see that you guys do (: keeps it from melting !

My kids tried smoothie King for the first time. We got a custom sugar-free smoothie and it tasted phenomenal. The workers were kind and helpful and they made a point to immediately clean up any messes. The staff also had great recommendations for what to try and what was good. And that is why my kids and I rated this Smoothie King five stars.

The staff is always friendly and very attentive to food allergies. The food is always good and a great meal replacement. If they ever make a mistake, they apologize, promptly fix the issue, and thank me for my patience. I highly recommend Smoothie King. This store on Shawnee Mission Parkway is one of the best.

I visit almost every time when i'm on shawnee mission pkwyToday i met the managers Pablo and Kayla, asked a question about protein per serving size with the Gladiator protein vs plant substitute. They were very knowledgeable and happy to help. I was able to redeem coupons on the app. Saved $2 made me feel like a real vip customer so here i am. Always good service at this location no matter how busy. Even with drive thru busy they still placed my order immediately after walking in. Definitely one of my favorite and only places to find healthy, consistently good smoothies. Thanks Smoothie King.
