The employee that was working the window tonight (approximately 7:30 and I ordered a summer berry lemonade) was super approachable, friendly, and quick. I didn’t catch her name, but she deserves to be recognized. The service industry is hard, but we need more workers with that energy.

Super special shout out to this location, they dissolved the matcha!! Super sweet ladies working the front, one gave me a really nice compliment and it made my whole day! Store was really clean and service was relatively quick. Smaller inside but luckily it wasn't super busy so we could sit and chat for a while before we continued our ride. Absolutely phenomenal job with the staff here!

Worst customer service of all the Starbucks locations in the area. Order ahead drinks are hardly done 10-15 minutes after ordering, God forbid they have to talk to you about a question you have. And always a dirty floor and tables.
This place has gone down hill. Or at least the night crew has. The crew is more focused on joking, playing, and talking than taking care of customers.

I ordered a Mocha Crumble Frappuccino and there was literally no sugar in the drink at all, almost like it was intentionally left out. Drink looked great at least. Very disappointed because I was looking forward to it all day.
