I ordered a Mocha Crumble Frappuccino and there was literally no sugar in the drink at all, almost like it was intentionally left out. Drink looked great at least. Very disappointed because I was looking forward to it all day.

On vacation visiting family from Washington State we encountered super friendly staff and delicious coffee. The price made us gasp! But guess what!? We went back the next day! 😄😊

Just went here. Ridiculous wait. I paid for a venti frappe, got a grande with extra whip cream in my cup. Wasn't worth going in or getting back in line with that kinda wait.
I frequent this store because it's the closest to my house--but even if it wasn't I would still choose this store over any in the area. The staff is ALWAYS super polite, personable, and fast. Especially Sapphire!! They are so good at what they do. The store is also always so clean and relaxed. It's a great place to get work done!
