Was charged for my order and someone else’s in the drive thru a mess

Wow waited 20 MINUTES for a brown sugar espresso that is CRAZY!!! The girl with blonde/purple hair was just talking talking talking to the person in the drive thru FINALLY when she made my coffee she RUSHED it tastes nasty but I’m not going back in to wait another 20 minutes!!!! Nobody inside either I was the ONLY one! Will never ever return to this location!!!!

They are all good except for one that have short purple hair I think. She rolled her eye on me when I wasn’t able to hear her. I asked her if she’s okay and she reply condescending tone.

I usually don’t give 1 stars, but waiting 20 minutes for a black coffee I had to ask for several times warrants it. While they walked out to hand deliver it, there was NO apology. If they would have apologized, the review would be different. Customer service still matters.

Nightmare. Got our drink wrong, and when I asked where our food items were, she brought up the last 3 customers items because she forgot. Not to mention we couldn't pay with a card because of their malfunctioning machines. Not to mention all the items they were "out" of.

The wait was terrible. They had at least 4 workers there, and the place wasn't busy at all. Maybe one person sitting at a table? I didn't see anyone in the drive through. I had two friends with me and we stood at the cashier for at least 20 minutes, the workers standing around doing nothing. When we ordered, the lady who took our order sounded annoyed with us. I asked for it iced and she said they didn't have it?? You don't have Ice?...I just said screw it since I was tired of waiting and got hot instead. Drinks tasted amazing, but the service was terrible.
This one can be busy and has a terrible amounts of space for the drive thru. All that aside, the service beverages & food are always on point.

I always get the Grande iced shaken espresso with oatmilk, two pumps classic syrup, and Grande iced matcha tea latte with one pump vanilla syrup, they are my favorite!

The price of my drink is almost $10 and is a little inconsistent on quality for the price. Other than that it's typical Starbucks coffee.Parking: This location has a very awkward parking arrangement and can be difficult to navigate when busy.

This has to be the dirtiest and poorly tan Starbucks I've been in. They were not cleaning their equipment between drinks and spiking drinks everywhere. Lady behind counter was on the phone and not getting our food prepared. No management nor oversight
