25 minutes to get 2 cups of coffee ordered in store, and I'd say it was an average busy day at most. Sandwiches had grease and cheese dripping out of the bag. Not the end of the world, but for these prices this isn't a luxury I'm willing to pay for (hint: it's not even a luxury when I can buy beans and brew my own faster than they can make a cup of coffee)

I ordered venti matcha smoothie and the cup wasn't filled. This is not the first time that happened so I wasn't bothered to say anything. I paid almost $8 for the drink that is not full for what I paid for. This is probably will be the last time I will get my drink here.

There’s always such a significant difference between when the food comes out, and when my coffee arrives. If I waited until I got my coffee to eat my food, my food would be cold.

The baristas have no clue what they’re doing. The vibes are weird. They’re always slow and behind. And the coffee always tastes burnt. I cannot stand this location.

The workers seemed extremely busy on a Friday morning at 8:50am. I stood at the register for a couple minutes before anyone acknowledged me. My single drink order took at least 10 minutes to be made, I never heard my name called and found my order in the incorrect alphabet area on the counter. The music inside was way too loud. My girlfriend and I had trouble talking over it. My girlfriend's order came much quicker than mine did but she received an incorrect food item. I ate the incorrect item which was a gouda, bacon and egg sandwich. It was good! Once she received her egg bites, she enjoyed them. Tables and chairs needed cleaning. I don't think we'll be meeting here again on a Friday morning to catch up.
