Very disappointed in the service and the food, wanted spinach and It looked like a week old asked if they had any fresh and was told NO, wanted the Italian cheese bread ans was told to wait 10 minutes, which I did and the girl in the back yelled that I couldn't get it toasted as it would burn, I never said i WANTED IT TOASTED...and the prices are crazy for old tasting food...Lost another customer...

They put my order behind everyone else’s and I had to wait 30 minutes for my food. It made me late to work
This gentleman that’s working tonight needs help. There is no way he can keep working by himself when he’s this busy… my order said it was ready at 9:15. Placed my order at 8:50. Maybe like 15 people here. Waiting for a long period… that’s 7 sandwiches he’s trying to do at 1 time to get it done. He shouldn’t have to do that. Hire more people!!!

There is a lady named Pat who for the second time was about to make my order but I did not let her, and I also just left the restaurant. The first time she made my order I got a 6 inch, and it was 5 inches and I knew it was cut short because when I went home, I measured it. I even have a picture that I’d be happy to share. Today when I went in, she was making sandwiches. She was leaning all over the sandwiches, she wasn’t changing gloves. Frequently she would grab her glasses from on top of her head and pull them down to see the tickets. She never changed gloves when she did this. I don’t want someone’s, scalp oils from their face or their hair in contact with gloves that are supposed to be touching my food. She also constantly leans all over the sandwiches, which is extremely insanitary, again I don't want someones clothes all over my food. I don't want my OWN clothes all over my food. as soon as I saw, she was leaning all over the sandwiches, and constantly touching her hair and glasses using the same gloves over and over I decided to leave because I could not eat a sandwich that was made so unsanitary.

When last night get my pick up order for dinner, couldn’t sit anywhere because they had the chairs up even due they didn’t close for 2 more hours. Got our sandwiches but they didn’t give us our chips we paid for… thought by using pick up my ORDER would ready at the pick up time, this location is usually the good location but maybe next time will be better experience
