Ordered my subway meal through the app and I’ve got to add my birthday cookie to that order. The free cookies is for my birthday reward coupon and I was very disappointed it was not in the bag. I asked them is the cookie inside the bag and they said yes and when I got back to work, I opened the bag up. The cookie is not inside. Sub was good but very disappointed they forgot to add it and said they did already.

Placed an online order and waited 20 minutes outside for the "ready" time before going in. When I got in the door, I waited another 10 minutes for the *one* person working the counter to take care of other customers... only to find they hadn't made any of my sandwiches because they were out of one type of bread. So I lost 30 minutes for nothing. To make matters worse, the person stopped working my order between sandwiches to go take care of drive-through orders.

I've always loved Subway, but the value just isn't there for the amount of food (and now, aggravation) you get. I appreciate the fresh-sliced meat concept, but honestly, they give you way more at places like Jersey Mike's... and aren't as stingy with other toppings (like the three anemic cheese triangles).

I typically do not write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experiences at this particular Subway, as they have consistently declined over time. The quality of the subs has noticeably deteriorated. The bread remains stale, and they often forget to include cheese on my sandwiches. Additionally, the staff has been quite unpleasant and rude. While I recognize that this may not be a long-term career for them, it is essential to take pride in their work and treat customers with respect. I would not mind if I never had another Subway sandwich again. It is crucial for management to address these issues, as the current environment, characterized by unprofessional attitudes and a lack of motivation, could jeopardize the future of this establishment.

I will start by saying the worker was nice and cordial and did not give attitude.
That said, I ordered a cold cut combo and the whole time the worker seemed like she had never done this before and seemed to be second guessing everything, tiny layer of meat, a lot of cheese and barely any toppings and somehow the Italian herbs and cheese bread had no flavor and was just horrible.
Can’t envision ever going back to this location unfortunately because it’s a good location for where me and my wife frequent.

Went out of my way to go around the road block on 83rd and had my order all ready. I order from here 2 or 3 times per month online. This time it said the location is not accepting promotion codes. Guess it will be my last time with this particular franchise. I hate when a company does promotions and a certain franchisee doesn't want to deal with coupons that the parent company pays them back for anyways. I hope this one goes chp 11. Won't be back

I just stopped by the drive through for lunch. I had a very positive experience. the Lady working through the headset was very nice and patient. She even made food suggestions ?.The food was very fresh.

The food good. Sometimes service is ok but last time I was there is wasn't good. Yes the food still good but service was poor. It felt off. I was ordered 2 subs and the person kept asking me if there different but I told them it's going to be the same way for both. I'll still good but I would like to feel welcomed and friendly feeling.

Service was awful and did not get the sandwich I ordered. The bread had to be days old! Don’t know how this place stays open. Half the time they do not allow drive thru ordering.

I never see the employees wash their hands when I've come in for lunch. Last time I was in there (12/19/2022) an employee was taking out his ear pods then proceeded with finishing a customers sandwich. Bread is stale, always seems like it was from the day before. Prices are just outrageous for a sandwich. I do not recommend this store. I won't go back to this store, even though its close to my work. Where is the manager, the health inspector? This store was just remodeled and it's running into the ground fast.
