Stopped in for lunch. A sign at the front advertised a special on Guinness so we ordered two. After some time, the waitress came back and said they could only draw one beer and that they were on special because they were trying to get rid of it. Nice, a bottom of the barrel old Guinness that was not good at all. I ordered a different beer that sat on the bar until we were half way through our lunch. When the waitress finally came by, I had to ask for it. Definitely not a nice cold beer. The food was mediocre. I can't remember having such a disappointing time at a restaurant. We will never go back. As far as ambiance, if you like loud obnoxious music and loud people, this place is for you.

By FAR the BEST chicken tenders I have ever had!!! I mean these things were not only made 100% from chicken, but we're tender, moist, and flavorful!! Paired with a good size amount of fries and it's a delicious meal!! Give them a try definitely!!
I’ve always loved coming to this place for their food and atmosphere and so this time I brought a few guests with me from out of town. The service was HORRIBLE. We received 1 of our appetizers after 30 minutes of waiting and then received the second appetizer well over 30 minutes after that. We waited almost 2 hours and still never received our pizza we ordered. The manager never did come over and we ended up leaving with so much as an apology from the waitress. Very disappointed. No coupon, no free appetizers. Nothing.

Love the atmosphere here its just some of the TVs need replaced the pictures are garbage on some of them, but the food is fire, service is impeccable and the atmosphere is pretty good.

The Other Place is the place to be! Our waitress brought my salad quicker than any place I've ever eaten. The food was surprisingly delicious and nice big servings. The Sandwich pictured is the Grinder and it's only half of it, and it's soo good! My husband got the classic burger. He said it was delicious and cooked perfect. It looked fat and juicy from my side of the table! We really enjoyed it here and definitely will be back. It's been ages since we went and ate somewhere that we didn't have a complaint about! This place was awesome. Great fast service.

First visit. Pizza was okay. Ordered several of the same pizzas and they were prepared differently, no standards...some had ingredients above the cheese and others below. Manager seemed upset with customers; negatively impacting atmosphere.
First time trying this place. Food was amazing, waitress was amazing. I would differently eat there again.

Food is decent but the service is usually just so-so. And when I get handed the machine to pay, and it defaults to 22% tip, it sorta ticks me off. It's clumsy to do anything but with the waiter standing there watching you fumble around trying to change the tip amount. That's a one star ding. I'm all for a big tip when it's earned. Not so much when it's not.This will factor into my choice of places to eat.

My husband and I had dinner at The Other Place in Shawnee last night. We both ordered the Frisco Burger medium-well. Our food came quickly but the burgers were both served basically “raw”. We were in a hurry and just tried to eat around the edges so we could get out of there. We did mention it to the waiter when he brought the tab. He said, “the kitchen was totally backed up”. So … guess that’s why they were not thoroughly cooking the burgers :-P. Also, ordered the Barefoot Cabernet (happy hour wine), that is normally okay but it was served too warm. Extremely disappointing experience:-(.

Went during lunch and ordered a Reuben. I was served hamburger meat that was chopped up instead of corned beef. I brought it to the servers attention and she told me that was one of their substitutions. What??? If someone orders a Reuben and you are out of corned beef wouldn’t you tell them? Not just chop up a hamburger patty and call it good?? I obviously sent it back and ordered the turkey melt with no modifications. I got that and it was missing two ingredients on it. At this point my lunch break was over and I just asked for the missing ingredients Togo and assembled the sandwich in my truck and went back to work. 3 for service because she was nice but should have for made sure my replacement order was correct since we just went through that bizarre burger/ Reuben ordeal.
