Won’t be coming back anytime soon. I used to really enjoy Twisted Fresh, but I’ve had two disappointing to-go experiences in a row.
About a month ago, I asked for a side of blue cheese, but instead they dumped a large amount directly onto my wrap, making it soggy/soupy and I couldn’t finish it.
Today, I brought my dad there for the first time, and it was another letdown. I ordered the BBQ chicken wrap and found a large, uncut chunk of onion with the green sprout still inside. My dad only ate half of his wrap after biting into two very hard pieces of something—possibly chicken bone.
Really disappointed in the quality lately.

Food is pretty decent but service is slow and the guy with a beard is pretty unfriendly. Also feel like they are starting to nickel and dime customers. I order double meat because their servings have got pretty chincy. On top of that when I ask for more dressing they tell me I need to pay more for the sauce. $18 for my salad wasn't already enough? Hoping the bad reviews you are getting lately changes some attitudes and policies.

We love the Mahi Mahi Tacos! We’re from out of town and make sure to get the tacos anytime we come in to town. Twisted came through with amazing customer service when we ordered from the wrong location and they made our order free of charge no questions asked. They went above and beyond to keep making it a great experience. Great food and great service! We keep coming back any chance we get. Thank you!

Food is great, but the slowest service imaginable! Not just a one time occurrence, but every time we try it, it’s at least 20 minute wait to get your food. Rarely more than 3 families here at a time.
Management hope you see this, the service needs improvement and you could be bring in so much more.

Ordered for online pickup and scheduled ahead for pickup at 7:15pm. Arrived around 7:20 and the food was not ready. They forgot to print the order and forgot about it and didn’t receive my food until 8pm. Didn’t offer a coupon or refund or anything after waiting for 40 minutes…

Amazing food, my favorite place to eat! ...but at this location they are tooo slow! And the phone is frequently disconnected/off the hook. Hearing that dial tone when I'm hungry sucks.

I can’t rate the food. There were six people in the restaurant and after waiting 40 minutes, I had to get my kid to hockey. I thought an hour would be enough time to get dinner before his practice. Even though people after me received their food, I don’t think they even started our dinner for two.
I used to go to Twisted Fresh frequently and order a fourth taco for $1. Now they boosted it to $4 for the extra taco. To order four tacos, it would cost me over $16 which is too much. The taste is inconsistent at this location as sometimes I get way too much seasoning, the taco shells are stale, or they may be cold. Sometimes, I do get amazing tacos, but still not worth $16.

I am surprised they don't have better reviews. I have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. I'm always afraid to try new things because I *love* the mahi-mahi tacos that much. But I did try my dad's burger there and it was amazing. I really did not expect it to taste that good. This place is awesome. By far, the best fish tacos you will have anywhere around here (that's for sure)!
