The guy who is at the service window rushes you through your order will get the stuff wrong everytime and he just looks like he hates his job as a previous manager of a fast food restaurant that guy would have been sent to the back to cook shouldn’t be dealing with customers

No lettuce on my hamburger which was odd . Then I got Dr pepper instead of coke and that's annoying but mistakes do happen I guess or someone just don't want to do their job correct also annoying

Placed a mobile order. Pulled up to the speaker and stated that I had a mobile order. There was about 30 seconds of silence before the guy rudely said "you want me to choose a name or you gonna tell me the name". I told him my name and requested that his supervisor be at the window when I got up there. The manager stated that they're both managers and they're not mind readers so I should've told them my name from the start. She continued to argue with me and speak over me. Threatened to cancel my order. I refused to leave the drive thru until they gave me my order. When she opened the window to hand the food, she practically threw them at me. I called Wendy's customer support number to file a complaint. I was told that someone with management would contact me. It's been almost 4 days since the incident and I've yet to be contacted.

Used to be great. Guy taking the order was clueless. Charged me too much, never gave the frosty. Patties were cold. I called to ask them to not serve others cold patties and they hung up on me twice. The supervisor did not believe the patties were cold. Gross.
Employee on drive-thru was unhappy w/my Q? as to what 3 berries were in the triple berry frosted. She refused to answer me..."ma'am", like I was messing w/her, or like I should know. Quite the odd interaction, imho.
