This location seems to be incapable of opening on time. EVERY time I’ve been there in the morning there are zero employees to be found, they seem to open up anywhere from 30-50 minutes after 8am.

I ordered a #8 chicken sandwich, almost half way into my sandwich it tasted dry. I started to dissect it and I found a piece of wax paper or some like it. I called Wendy’s and they couldn’t tell me what type of paper it was in sandwich only it came with the cheese. However they did apologized for it.

Ordered 3 separate biggie bags and was shorted a burger and given no receipt and two of the biggie bags were sloppily thrown into one bag.

Never greeted me when I came in and I stood there for about 2-3 minutes before they ever helped me. No other customers in line. They'd rather texting and socializing before they will stop and help you. Last two times in I had to wait on them, they were to busy texting on their phone and socializing before they had helped me and give my food. You would think that they are the customer. Management never called. Try Chick-Fil-A next door. Or maybe a McDonald's across the street.

The guy who is at the service window rushes you through your order will get the stuff wrong everytime and he just looks like he hates his job as a previous manager of a fast food restaurant that guy would have been sent to the back to cook shouldn’t be dealing with customers

No lettuce on my hamburger which was odd . Then I got Dr pepper instead of coke and that's annoying but mistakes do happen I guess or someone just don't want to do their job correct also annoying
Placed a mobile order. Pulled up to the speaker and stated that I had a mobile order. There was about 30 seconds of silence before the guy rudely said "you want me to choose a name or you gonna tell me the name". I told him my name and requested that his supervisor be at the window when I got up there. The manager stated that they're both managers and they're not mind readers so I should've told them my name from the start. She continued to argue with me and speak over me. Threatened to cancel my order. I refused to leave the drive thru until they gave me my order. When she opened the window to hand the food, she practically threw them at me. I called Wendy's customer support number to file a complaint. I was told that someone with management would contact me. It's been almost 4 days since the incident and I've yet to be contacted.
