Make sure you speak your order fast or the cashier during the afternoons will rush you before you finish.

I don’t have nearby Wendy’s but enjoyed the food. Had trouble understanding the grab bag menu. Service person told me the sandwich I wanted was not in $6 meal. I finally caught on and had good lunch.

Only leaving a review because it’s been MULTIPLE times that the order has been wrong or the food has been terrible. I’m the past I’ve called and tried to get help with an order, service to make it right has been terrible. Today, a bite was missing from a nugget. YGBKM.

I made a doordash order at 10:50 put a screen said you have 10 minutes to complete your order I completed it with five or six minutes left about 10-15 minutes after that they canceled my order because it said the best way issue but then on my door ass cancellation is it because the store was closed I said I made it 11:23 which I know I didn't so yeah not too happy. Its totally unprofessional

I came in on a Friday to dine in for breakfast at about 9:30am. The staff acted completely thrown off and needed the manager to use the register at the front. I just wanted to try the new breakfast burrito - I ordered the sausage version. What I got was bacon - slimey eggs and a little cheese and no hashbrown like the new commercials advertise what it is supposed to be. This must be a location problem as I see other reviews also.

I've had more than a few dissatisfied experiences at this wendys at Renner rd and midland in shawnee ...each experience months in-between. I keep hoping the service and food will be better. Never is. This time it was the worst. Service was horrible...wrong order....went back, it was as if I was bothering her...she was on her cell phone at the drive thru. The food made me sick physically...and a just ate a little of it. The spices chicken nuggets I had to go back to get...were overdone by alot, barely warm if that...burger dried out lettuce gross, fries were half full and not crispy as I asked. I'm done.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! - 3rd world country treatment. - Rude staff - No one knows what they're doing..
