We regularly come to eat here, everything is always fine, but not today since for the first time I was told they don't provide cups for water. We don't drink Coke or any other drinks. Not only did we find this super weird (this has never been a problem in any other restaurants), but the attitude of John, the general manager, was the thing that threw us off.

Food is always good though.

Busy & overwhelmed employees. Good attitudes & made orders correctly. Atmosphere needs updated or deep cleaned.

Parking: Tons of parking as it's a corner business in a strip mall. With a large lot on West side.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes both ramp & large doors. No motor assets on doors though.

The portion sizes are not correct . It’s like how they treat you at chipotle , you pay a lot , get a little . I’d give negative if i could , this location needs some help .

This is one of the worst locations I've ever encountered! A man in the back kitchen with glasses was treating everyone, including customers, with a terrible attitude. He slammed orders on the counter and yelled at customers. Meanwhile, a kind and composed young woman was working the front desk alone. I hope the man gets the mental help he needs, and I will keep him and his colleagues in my prayers.

Great if you just order wings and it’s not complicated. Once order fries but was given soggy, oil soaked potato strips. Don’t ask anything if the counter help because they ain’t too smart.

The managers at this Wingstop are so rude (especially Joe) countless times I have witnessed him yelling at the workers and guests and it made me uncomfortable. I also was waiting to go to the bathroom and a worker threw up and was told to go back to the kitchen and cook food. That’s disgusting and should never happen. I could tell the employee was not ok to work and needed to go home. I can’t believe he can live with himself putting sick people in the kitchen.

I spent $30 on wings and fries. I get home and they didn't even pack the wings.I can drive back to get the food, assuming they won't forget it a second time.

Spent $65 on mushy/soggy fries. Ordered 8 boneless lemon pepper wings and they were rock hard miniature popcorn chickens. Asked for new ones, was told 6 minutes. Waited another 20 minutes while the staff stared at their phones with my wings done right in front of them. Gentleman finally came back from his break and brought me the wings. Horrible experience.
