My chicken sandwich was over cooked and rubbery. I couldn’t get through the first bite without it falling apart. My fries were soggy not the best experience at all today.

Canceled a order on May 7th they said they will refund my 10.95 Now it's May 30th I would appreciate my money back.
Horrible store. The employees are very rude and never make the food correct at this location. The manager at this location speaks not one word of English And the other employees are always messing around in the back on their phones, laughing and jumping around Even when people are waiting for their food. Definitely recommend going to other locations other than the Shawnee Mission Parkway location. This store is horrible.

We regularly come to eat here, everything is always fine, but not today since for the first time I was told they don't provide cups for water. We don't drink Coke or any other drinks. Not only did we find this super weird (this has never been a problem in any other restaurants), but the attitude of John, the general manager, was the thing that threw us off.
