we ate there for lunch today and the food was great. our waitress was very very good we enjoyed the visit. i tagged you with a picture of my Aunt Mary but for some reason not on your page.

we both ordered the senior chicken strip dinner...when the food arrived we got 2 HUGE delicious lightly breaded strips, mashed potatoes, green beans and rolls...It was absolutely delicious and our waitress was excellent, checking on us constantly and refilling drinks...we've been back several times and will continue to do so!

I took my sister to lunch today. What a mistake that was! My food was cold/lukewarm, so I sent it back. When it returned it was still lukewarm so the butter I had to ask for 3 times wouldn't even melt on the corn. The only thing I had on my plate that was warm enough to eat was the meatloaf. If it wasn't for the side salad and the meatloaf, i wouldn't have had to anything hot to eat. Yes the salad was warm too. The only decent thing I had was the fried green tomatoes, which were good. For the two of us, this meal was $61.00, and that didn't include the tip! If it had been up to me there would have been no tip. (TIP-to insure promptness) Asking the same server several times for things just isn't my idea of promptness. Before folks start thinking there was a lunch rush, not the case. There were 2 servers and 3 customers in the restaurant the whole time we were there VERY disappointing meal, especially at $61.00 for two people.

It's good home style cooking never had a bad meal here. I eat here every week or two. Sunday buffet is awesome. Thanks guys don't change. And prices are reasonable. Pic is the heat attack burger

Second time swinging through here. Been a few years since I last passed through. Still the best chicken fried steak I've ever had outside my grandma's house as a kid. Good ol down home hospitality and service. Highly recommend this place. I will never not stop here when coming through.

We stopped in for breakfast and while the atmosphere was cozy and the waitress was genuinely kind, the wait for our food was longer than expected. At the time, only five tables were being served and there were two waitresses on duty, so the delay was a bit puzzling.

We ordered a veggie omelet and a classic plate—two eggs over easy with white toast, bacon, and hash browns. The food was okay. Nothing to rave about, but it got the job done.

For the price point, we hoped for a quicker turnaround—especially since we were hungry and ready to dig in. The staff’s friendliness helped soften the wait, but if you're on a tight schedule or arriving ravenous, you might want to plan accordingly.

Overall, it’s a charming spot, but the pacing could use a little seasoning.

We arrivex for dinner and enjoyed it so much we came back for breakfast tbe next morning. We enoyed the meatloaf and the chickdn tenders. Welcoming.great service.

Good size scrambled eggs and seasoned potatoes $3.26 for breakfast?? And coffee for $1.40 It’s my new best stop now 👍 and serving lady was also very polite 👍

You are missing out if you don't stop here and eat. Everything is literally home cooked. You get exactly what you order and it's really good. The wait staff were amazing.
