Terrible customer service. Missed half of the things in our order. Tried to get it fixed and they wouldn’t since “breakfast was over now”. If you screw up an order you fix it. We aren’t coming back again because we live out of area. This has been the worst McDonald’s in the hutch area for years! There are always screw ups at this location! Never heard good things about their management at this location either.
Their employee, Brendan Chew, stole my debit card information after I used the drive through the day after Thanksgiving and has spent hundreds of dollars of my money on restaurants. I called the store, they didn’t even take down my phone number or name, didn’t really seem to care that one of their employees is stealing customers’ identities. Will be making a police report.
Completely incompetent managers. They got my order wrong taking it IN THE WINDOW three times. Then I pulled away and checked my sandwich and they STILL MADE MY SANDWICH WRONG. 100% the dumbest women I have met in my existence. I spoke to her directly to her face what I wanted and her simple mind still couldn’t piece it together like they couldn’t piece together the sandwich. Stupid. Just. Plain. STUPID. It's an average McDonald's experience, with some standout aspects and a nice feature being a convenient store to filling up on gas, restrooms and McDonald's all in one.
