We had this truck out tonight for an event and they rocked it!! Weather put a bit of a damper on things and our numbers were lower than expected, but they still served delicious food with a great attitude. Highly recommend. Truly the best bbq truck I’ve ever had!!

We had the “Caroline” at the food truck in Versailles, MO. The pork was cooked to perfection, the coleslaw was light and fresh and a well-suited companion to the pulled pork, but the BBQ sauce (on the side so you can pick your perfect amount!) really set it off. It was such a good blend of spicy, sweet, and tangy that you rotated through the flavors as you ate it.
