I have no complaints about the food, but the drinks taste weird. Every time I've gotten a fountain drink, it had an awful taste to it. I think it might be the ice.

Update edit: The "owner" responded with an apology and suggested I escalate my complaint to the *franchise owner* and then provided a phone number and a NON-WORKING LINK. How many owners are there??? You know what? YOU send my complaint up the chain. That's your job, not mine. It's YOUR business that's failing and it's not my job to do any more than I've done.
Two burger meals, ordered with cheese, got no cheese. The buns were stale, the meat was disgusting and the whole $21 mess was too damned SALTY. Never again, Sonic. You're way too inconsistent a waste of money. The dogs thought it was edible though.

I have ordered 3 route 44 sweet teas on 3 separate times 2 of those times was full price and ordered today October 5th the 3 route 44 sweet teas a large sweet tea and medium sweet tea and every time I get non sweet tea so frustrating and on top of this I have been calling for an hour and no one will answer the phone I believe I should be getting free drinks for my inconvenience

Generally pretty slow and staff is hit or miss. There are some really good employees but others that just mess around. It sucks that the screens also ask what percentage tip you want to give prior to getting any service. Tips should be earned and not deserved. Sorry business owner I’m not gonna pay your employees to make up the difference for you not paying them :/

I waited in the car for about half an hour earlier today and saw several cars come and go, receiving their food while I pressed the button several times and never once heard back from anyone other than to say "one moment please". I saw the bell hop sit and speak with one person for 5-10 minutes while other cars left with no food at all. I am honestly very disappointed as I moved here from Nebraska and have never had this poor level of service.
They didn’t give me my groovy fries and it was NOT groovy of them to do that!!!??

This Sonic has a lot of wonderful people working hard here! I love that they have a small playground that the kids can burn off some energy on. My only complaint.. is the pricing. Specifically the shakes, they have gotten out of control, and it's been the only thing that has draw, over other fast food options. I do realize it's not in the control of our local Sonic, but it's definitely pushed me to go elsewhere, driving 15 min out of town or just making them at home. I love supporting the people working here, I have no complaints about this location otherwise.
