Half price app does not work. Ridiculous. Employee saw app didn’t work, he didn’t care still charged me full price

A person hired by subway should have no pre concieved knowledge of what or how your sandwich should be made. Unfortunately some of the workers don't share my opinion. The 6th time I have to say extra just to get some kind of sandwich, and have to pay 38 dollars for 2 foot longs. Is ridiculous.

I was in the restaurant on June 15 and their air conditioner went out so they had A portable air conditioner right by the cashier. Told the young kid I couldn’t hear him. He just gave me a dirty look and kind of whispered everything too much sauce on my sandwich and I’ve been finding That’s the sandwich artist always puts too much sauce on the sandwich. Never did get my points in because I couldn’t get my app up for some reason. My app never works inside subways. He just kind of shrugged his shoulders and looked at me when I asked him. What can I do about getting my points. Not real happy with all of them are going downhill. The place was really dirty. He was just standing there when I walked in could’ve been wiping off the area he was working in that was full of lettuce and other food. Manager did come out after it got busy. I think the owner should pay more attention to their subways,
For the second time this subway has burned me...tonight's story is that sombody robbed them so there are 3 teens (2 not working) here, and my order that I already paid for isn't ready and I'm being told I'll just be reimbursed by subway sometime.....no cops anywhere...

Came in for a blt and a meatball sub and instead of telling me they were out they put one meat ball in the whole sandwich so I asked for a refund and was told that they couldn’t do that so asked to speak with the manager and got told they’re not available right now you can come back tomorrow

We order sandwiches from here weekly and are always happy with what we get. The staff are friendly and the food always taste good. We enjoy it, would recommend.
For the past year straight at this specific location when I try to order online I cannot add ranch to any sandwiches because it says the store is out, but everytime I walk in the store to order they have a full bottle. Fix your inventory so people can properly order online or through the app.
