We were passing through town and decided to stop at The Bean! This not only is the cutest cafe but has some of the best food and drink! The Mac & Cheese is by far the best i’ve had and their Watermelon Mojito Refresher is a great alternative.
Highly recommend! I will definitely make the 2 hour drive just for it!
Have been to this place several times over past few years and always enjoyed the pastries. My husband and I came in late afternoon this past Thur and ordered a croissant and cinnamon roll. Both had good flavor but were dried out and hard. It was as if they were a day old. We were very disappointed. The coffee beans we got were delicious however.
Never in my life have I had something so good. Literally blown back by how good the food was. I will definitely come back one day and eat here again.
Another note I’d like to add is I love how all the shops on the historic downtown are opening and bringing the life back to the downtown area. The Bean is...
