You may need a "take home" if you order a full breakfast or omelet. Working men and women, families and anyone needing a family type "hug," will be satisfied and probably stay for "one more" cup of coffee. “We recently hired Casual Corner to provide a fried chicken dinner after my mother’s funeral. Anthony was easy to work with and his prices were fair. The food was homey and comforting, which was exactly what we were looking for. He and his staff were exceptionally polite and kind, staying to serve the meal to our family.”

“We stopped here while traveling across the state because of the great reviews. We add our voice to those who have eaten before us. The food and service were incredible. Prices are no higher than any other restaurant (we spent much more on our lunch at Burger King). We really appreciated them being open early so we could eat carne asada tacos and a quesadilla for breakfast! Best green salsa EVER. Salsa was so good that we bought a cup to take with us. “Another Friday night traveling for date night to little towns around Hutch, we decided to take the new K-96 route North to Lyons. We found a listing for an off the beaten path Chinese restaurant. Set in an old restaurant space on the ground floor of the Ly-Kan Hotel (which may or may not still be operating), I drove by it and didn’t realize at first. Lyons, not being a big town, I eventually caught on - the same side of the next block after the Post Office. We had come earlier than normal for dinner, so we were the very first for dinner rush (the wife wondered if it wasn’t very good because nobody else was there, lol). But as soon as we got seated the first of everyone else getting off at five o’clock shuffled in - greeted and seated by Shannon and the others. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is Lent, so we wanted something tasty and fish oriented. Now it is Lyons, so the Buffett isn’t as large as in bigger cities, but the food was very good, as the 20-30 couples and family regulars would attest, most known and addressed by name by the main hostess. We had an enjoyable and quiet date night meal, and still made it home in time for TV and holding hands until bedtime, ending our long work week and substitute Valentine’s Day date.”

“One of the better subway experiences I've had.The person working the counter actually took pride in how they made my sandwich, centering the ingredients and making sure to bring everthing fully to all edges of the bread. Sometimes it seemes like fast food help is completely untrained in preparation etiquette, this was definitely not the case today.”
