It was terrible. Service was terrible, The waiter only came to table once. Served crushed chips. The burrito that was ordered the meat couldn’t be eaten and he didn’t seem to care that that burrito was not touched.

Dos Amigos is an incredible restaurant in the small town of Sterling. I have eaten there about 20 times and everything I have ever gotten has been incredible. The flavors are strong and robust. The portions are nice and filling. This last time, I got the El Gordo and I had enough for two night's dinner.
The inside seating is comfortable and lively. I have seen groups of 15 sitting together enjoying a meal, and I've seen individual people eating by themselves enjoying the delicious food.
The service is always prompt and efficient. While some servers can feel overbearing or awkward, the servers here have the right amount of engagement so you get what you need. I also appreciate that you just go to the front of the restaurant to pay for your food at the end of the meal, rather than having to wait for the server to bring the check and take your card away.
If you are in Sterling and looking for a place to eat, you will not be disappointed with Dos Amigos!

I went to Sterling to catch the 4th of July parade! My first time here and had a delicious carne asada! It was cooked perfectly! What a fun place! The best was the adorable little girl that kept coming to the table to make sure I had everything I needed. She was the best!! ☺️ The food to me was authentic-you can always tell by the salsa and chips!!

Almost feels like an authentic Mexican restaurant. I can't call Mexican food 5 star, but I'll give it a solid 4 star. No complaints. You'll enjoy it.
Great place! Great Atmosphere! Really enjoyed the homey feel, not loud but not dead either, that allowed us to have a great conversation with our Son. Well Done!

Horrible food!! Worst customer service I've ever experienced!! Ordered chicken nachos with no onion and water to drink for $8.99. When I went to pay my bill it was $12.92. I said how did it get to $13 the cashier just stared blankly at me, so I asked him again. Still no response. Then a female worker from the back comes out and extremely rudely tells me it's more because I ordered it with no onion!! I will never eat here again and don't recommend anyone else eat there Horrible food or experience there ridiculously rude behavior!!!
