This is absolutely the worst Sonic I have been to in all of my life.At first I initially thought it was due to the time of day (morning shift vs afternoon, etc), but no, regardless of time you go the experience is absolutely horrendous.Any given time of day, the food is either burnt (buns or meat), the order is missing items or ingredients, too saucy, undercooked, tastes funny and the cherry limeade is a fail in every size cup. Really. Appalling.The WORST time of day you could possibly visit is in the morning. Because if you are not sitting for over 15 minutes at the stall after checking in on the app with no food to be seen —— you are being snapped at via the intercom AFTER pressing the button only to be told “You have to go through the drive thru because there is only 1 employee and I am not allowed to leave the building.” Ok? And I am supposed to be a mind reader and KNOW this information? No signs posted anywhere, No hello message, no good morning—— just THAT message in an unprofessional tone and manner. Then after you drive around to the drive thru where you are still the only vehicle in sight you have to wait another 5 minutes.Food. Finally. Expect—— the eggs are runny and dripping out of a very skinny burrito, the cold coffee tastes like it was made by a child and no napkins. That’s the moment you realize you could have stopped at the Casie’s next door for better gas station breakfast in quicker time.At least the parking lot was clean?Many times I have thought about contacting their corporate office ——- but it just exhausts me to think about all that wasted energy AND then the public wouldn’t know. So ….. here I am writing a review for the public to read.

Chloe is very unprofessional person she is dirty caught her blowing her nose with her hand then touching my food took 40 mina for my order I asked for my money back ? she gave me my change back wrong three times my order wasn't right this is the most poor service I ever received I do not recommend this sonic when raccon Chloe is working she a nasty person. Tried to get attitude with me when I called her out about herself SMH very uneducated people working at sonic SMH ?

The crew working (mostly young people)is fabulous! Drinks and service are exceptional! The food still has a way to go, but I believe that is a training issue from higher up. Most food items taste like weeks old grease and the fries are rock hard.

How is the Sonic in Sterling, KS still open?. Just went there to get dinner and nobody is around. No signs saying they are closed or anything...the service and food there is sub par at best. This cements it that I will no longer go to this Sonic

How hard is it really to serve food that is cooked correctly? Most of the issues that arise at Sonic (Sterling) seem to be so unbelievable it makes you wonder how much of it is actually true….. This is my small mozzarella sticks we ordered today….. picture for proof! I took a bite and spit it out realizing it was raw….disgusting!

We paid over $50 for barely $30 worth of food. Missing food, cold food and everything tasted like nasty old grease. I NEVER leave bad reviews, but I couldn't let this one slide. It was absolutely disgusting.

We ordered cheeseburgers and we got hamburgers.. the young lady was having an awful time with the mic trying to hear us and had to come out and take our order. Plus they were short staffed and we understand that. Other than that they were all very nice, place is clean and the Sonic is just one of those places we like to stop in to eat while we're on the road.
