Submitted an online order that wasn’t complete for over an hour. Showed up to pick it up and waited 40 minutes while people would walk in and order. At least 10 people walked in *after I was there that hard their entire order completed (I let the employee know I was the online order as soon as I walked in). They didn’t start the online order until everyone was finished. No sense of urgency.

Came to the subway in Sterling and went inside and I am a disabled person so I sat down and then proceeded to wait for my turn and I was ignored so I decided to order it online and it said that it was being prepared and then it was done and ready and we went back and it was not even started they didn't even have bread for us yet they shouldn't be 20 minutes over an hour since they said 20 minutes only compensation we were offered on a $55 order was two free cookies terrible service I would not go to the subway I would not ever come back either

Great place to get sandwiches when you don't want to go to the College cafeteria. The wait during lunch and dinner is somewhat long, but that's to be expected.

Feel that the one person making sandwiches was overworked as he was having to make up phoned in and internet orders to go at the same time he had a lot of physical customers. A few of the physical customers walked out as he couldn't spread himself into the two people he needed to become. He was also making up cookies and breads that he needed to fill the orders . No one ever stays at the subway here we all take it home or out on the road. The man was very friendly and courteous.

Love that I can get a sub sandwich in our little town. I usually order on the app which is extremely convenient and coupons are on it. They are also the only place that has Diet Dr Pepper in a fountain drink machine

Went in there for dinner after a basketball tournament they only had flatbread or cheese and herb bread, no cheese, no lettuce, etc. I was not thrilled since I really wanted one. Didn't try to go back this week.
