Smaller portions and we're out of some things. Almost all sandwiches. The price of the basket vs the chicken sandwich didn't make too much sense. Very friendly and the grilled cheese was good.
We have heard so many great things about Ad Astra that we decided to take the drive out. Our experience was overall good. This was a different feel and atmosphere than we were expecting. The food was more pricey for the area and we had a moment of disappointment when one of our half pound Burgers came out shy of a half pound, another table had juiced plump truly half pound looking burgers and only 1 of ours turned out that way. Overall we all enjoyed our meals, as we reflected...
We met Stephanie at the Western Store ( Cinch shirts are awesome) in Cottonwood Falls.. We are cyclists and asked if she knew where we could get a beer! She was so kind and drove us to Ad aspera, which was a super cool place! Best margarita I’ve had in 300 miles! We exchanged stories and Stephanie drove us back to CWFalls… Atmosphere was terrific and unassuming from the street!!! Best wishes to you all!!! Thank you!!!
