“We were out hunting for old cars and out stomachs were growling so we stopped here for some yummy eats.They have some great Honduran food dishes and other typical Mexican dishes.My buddy and I were very satisfied with the quality of the food. They have a lot of meat choices also, I just wish I saw the sign when I was coming in not leaving, but that’s on me.They also had breakfast!The ice machine has small little cubes also.. plus they have lots of little candies you can try.Stop in and try them out.”

“If you're looking for authentic taste, this is the place. It doesn't matter what meat you get for your tacos or tortas, it's always going to be spot on! The Quesabirria is just perfect! Just remember to ask for some Consommé to dip it in! Would highly recommend it to anyone. Willing to throw hands with anyone who disagrees.”

“When I'm in a different town than the one I live in, I like to try restaurants that don't exist where I live. I especially love locally owed places. On the advice of a teacher in Syracuse, I tried Black Bison. I will be back. It's 2 hours from my house and in a different time zone, but it's worth it.I had a BLT and fried mushrooms. It's hard to mess up a BLT, but it's also hard to make one pop. Theirs was outstanding. Thick cut bacon, thick cut tomatoes, leaf lettuce, on toasted and buttery wheat bread. The mushrooms were solid too. Big guy portions.”

“The food was simple, but very good. The only thing I don't like is the way you order. Just as you walk in the entrance door, you place your order with more people coming in right behind you and people leaving. The menu hangs above just a bit further in so you go to look, and other people are still coming in. I would rather sit down with a menu and have a server take my order. We don't go often because of this. Worst part is they are waiting for you to order even before you can look at the on the wall menu.”

“We love stopping here whenever we can. Large menu means something for everyone. If you love home town diners, put Porky's on your list.This time, my wife had the Rocky Mountain Oysters(bull fries) they were cooked perfectly. I went for the Deluxe Cheeseburger, cooked just right, juicy and delicious. We added a large order of onion rings to finish off the meal, while delicious, keep in mind, large means a mountain of onion rings, bring your appetite.Great staff, very clean, and great food!”

“Pauline is a great person when it comes to her and the customers.. folks come here from all over the country to see her, THE FAT MANAGER ON THE OTHER HAND, should work somewhere else, THAT person IS NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON.... I come in from Denver a couple times a month, and the Manager is always the same RUDE or standing ”

“Had a really good chiropractor treatment in Holly so decided to "get lost on purpose", (aka exploring) and wound up across the state line , and was hungry and there it was!Glad I found it, the food the friendliness and the small town folks with the big hearts made my day!
