This McDonald's is a reliable go-to for a quick, hot meal delivered with consistent quality. The staff was surprisingly fast and friendly, ensuring the fries were perfectly salted and the burgers were fresh. It is easily one of the cleanest and most efficient locations I’ve visited lately!

I stop here 4 days a week. Today, no one answered the speaker, no one answered the window. 10 minutes in line for nothing. What is the value of a repeat customer?

I came here on 8/12 /2025 they do not know how to read their orders. The only thing that was right on my order was the fries I asked for no salt on my sandwich and guess what I got extra salt and I even asked to have my order made to order which wasn’t the only thing that was made to order was the fries. I don’t recommend this place to nobody. Also, the employees are rude and disrespectful.

Within a couple hours of eating here i was shitting and vomiting violently

Horrible prices, 5 dollars for a double cheeseburger?!? Order on the app which says buy 1 get 1 for a dollar but this location doesn't participate in that even though the app says otherwise. Anyway, not wasting a penny on this... It stinks because I've had their food before and it's usually always cooked really good it just gets hurt by the prices

Last night (actually 1:00 a.m.) we were driving home from the fireworks display in Wamego. The only available eatery was McDonalds…on the turnpike…in the middle of the night. I wasn’t expecting much but was hungry enough to try. I think this was the best McDonalds I have ever had! Crazy, right?! I didn’t like having to use the kiosk (I prefer in person) but we did it relatively easy and I was able to create my burger just the way I like it. I regret that I didn’t take a pic to post; the burger was just fantastic and full of all the yummy extra lettuce/pickles (actually overflowing) and the fries were fresh and hot. 5 stars for McDonald’s, who’d a thought!

Ordered three bacon egg and cheese sandwiches through the drive-thru. Two biscuits and one bagel. NONE of them came with the EGG. We are pretty understanding and get how one sandwich could be missed. But all three is simply negligent. Of course it’s a service center location so they can get away with this sort of thing and we couldn’t turn around because like most people going through that drive-thru we are on the road.

Tried to submit feedback through the app and it will not work. So here I am.

Franchise owner is running a racket because they know they can get away with it. No $5 Meal Deals and no BOGO for $1 on the Value Menu. Regular menu prices are also inflated compared to every other McDonald's I've stopped at in KS so far. Save your money and wait for the next exit where there is actual competition to force the prices down to reasonable.
