I went there today. I was told to wait while the cooked the sandwich. I then waited over 30 min for my food. When they brought the food the they gave me the wrong food. So I had to go back through the drive through and get the right order and so all in all it took about 45 mins to get my food. Then they still messed up the order as I did not get the cheddar cheese I ordered and my fries where cold and hard. My beef and cheddar sandwich was also cold. I waited almost 15 minutes in line behind one car at the drive thru there were only two other cars in the parking lot for customers. Finally got my two Bacon beef and Cheddars did the 2 for $6 when I got home the bacon looked as if I’d just pulled it out of packaging Raw AF!!! So I waited all that time in line to get something that’s not even safe to eat!!! Don’t eat at that Arby’s ever!!!!

Arby's offers a pleasant atmosphere with an overall good experience. The drive-thru service is notable, with employees having great attitudes and professionalism. One employee, in particular, has an amazing voice, fitting for a voiceover actor or movie star. Although the food can be a bit messy, the service, especially at the drive-thru, is exceptional. Raises for the drive-thru team are well-deserved.
