French dip sub was microwaved apparently n too long as it was all bad, the bread was super chewy and the meat was really dark. Hard and old looking. The sandwich was not edible. Fries were perfect, love the new crinkle cuts. Fried Turkey club was sloppy and the meat was too wet and had no flavor almost like it was waterlogged and never seasoned at all. Very dissapointing compared to the one I had at the Huntoon n Wanamaker location awhile back. The cashier forgot to give me the l large Coke l ordered as well then looked at me stupid when i asked for it and had to see my reciept even though he had just filled the rest of the oder. Great service wow. Ill be going to the other locations from here on out instead as this location always seems to have the crappiest help, old reheAted food and never can they or will they get your order right.

I've ordered 3 times now. The first order was delivered on time but my beef and cheddar sandwich and turnovers were smashed. The 2nd time they sent curly fries instead of my crinkle cut fries and the 3rd time my beef and cheddar sandwich was on an onion bun instead of the sesame seed bun, they were out of chicken tenders so I had to get nuggets which were too hard for me to eat and they were out of turnovers. Not to mentioned, I placed my order at 7:59pm. I received numerous messages on delivery times and was picked up at 8:44 then that one disappeared and another person ended up picking up my order and wasn't delivered until 9:30pm. So Arby's off of SE 29th in Topeka Kansas isn't reliable and took way too long to get my order out and delivered.
The manager is going to hear from me personally in person since they don't answer their phone.
Spent 31.86 in drive through including 7 roast beef sandwiches. Guy at the drive through asked if I needed any condiments. I asked for 1 horsey and 1 arby sauce packet per sandwich. He was polite but said "nah can't do that". So they put 2 arbys and 2 Horsey in the bag. So 7 different people are supposed to share 4 sauce packets? These packets are .423oz for dry sandwiches. Completely ridiculous when if we rat inside all the condiments are available. Do better Arbys.

Saw an ad for buy one get one for $1 and it included a couple different items, got up to the window, guy had no idea what I was Talking about, then they had a 2/$7 on their menu, tried to get that, they said that was not a thing anymore, so false advertisement on 2 different things. Instead of honoring their mess up, we had to change our complete order. The guy taking our order seemed clueless. Not a good experience and probably will not be back.
