Katie was very rude..... And her interactions with the other paying guests were terrible as well. The food was alright. The fries were not fresh. Could have been made better and not so sloppy. Everybody loves fresh fries and friendly staff.

At 11pm stopped to get 2 double beef and cheddar sandwiches get to work clear across town and there is no cheddar on my sandwiches how easy of a order is that. And it wasn't busy. Sandwiches were hot.

The employees at this arbys are some of the kindest and most understanding i've ever had the pleasure of interacting with and getting food from. I had an issue and they immediately apologized and rectified it and went above and beyond to ensure I got quality service after the fact. Money very well spent for delicious food.

Was standing right there and asked that my Mobile order Not be sealed because it was for here. Also asked for my receipt. Katie proceeded to slick my receipt to the bag. When I stated that’s what I asked not to do I got ATTITUDE! I also got alot of hard ends on my 1/2 pounder. This visit was an awful experience.

This place is the worst. If you like raw meat. If you like moldy buns. If you like your sauce to look like snot. Welcome. I wanted to resolve the conflict, but the supervisor was very rude. He sent me away somehow. I am a dirty homeless person. My car broke down. I was dirty and they refused to serve me. Great place.
