Ice cream is ok. From what I observed, manager doesn’t seem to treat employees well. Will be supporting other ice cream establishments.

Called a day ahead and had a ice cream cake put to the side for my sons 13th Birthday. They asked what I wanted wrote on it, I said to put Happy 13th Birthday, and his name. I go to pick it up today on his birthday and they didn't write on it. Didn't offer to write on it, said I don't know why it wasn't wrote on. Didn't offer to make it right. Poor customer service. Way to upset my son on his 13th Birthday..

Well, I had the Warm Brown Sundae. It comes with 2 scoops for like $7.89. I added a scoop and paid closer to $12. Wheww.. and I'd buy it again..

I love the little box at the end by the register that has the fruit Popsicles, the pie slices, chocolate covered cherries, oreos, bananas, and all of the great priced ones. Great choice for trying something new or needing to stay on a budget (like myself) for a lot of kiddos, but still wanting a special treat for everyone.
Great consistent product. Staff seem to be very young and NEED customer service training.
They turn the chairs up on the tables around an HOUR before closing time,and they are not shy about kicking people out close to closing time. Rude. Too bad.
Owner should be more present. Could easily make more sales with what appear to be !. trained high school staff.
Sadly ... statements above have rung true for at least 15-20 years.

My number one favorite flavor is only available starting in February and it's love potion #31 my significant other loves jamoca almond fudge and I can eat cookies and cream til February comes back around but seriously white chocolate with raspberry and dark chocolate raspberry filled chips. To die for. <3

This Baskin Robbin’s has lots of cute little extra treats to choose from. Our server, Nev, has a great smile. She was very attentive and friendly. She even gave us a pup cup for our dog who was waiting in the car. We will definitely be back!
