I ordered burnt end’s, I was told they didn’t have any that day so I ordered a pulled pork sandwich meanwhile one of the ladies went to the back when she returned she told me that she was mistaken they did have burnt ends. I was happy that is what I had come to get . When I received my food I sat down right there in the food court area I discoverd I had been overcharged $10.( which they did refund my $10 ) my burnt ends had been microwaved into oblivion. They were very dry and chewy and my sides were cold. I was disappointed in the overall experience I believe had the burnt end’s not been microwaved for way too long they might’ve been good , for the amount of money I spent. I was extremely disappointed.

I should know better than to do barbecue from a mall. I think the ribs were baked/ not good, coleslaw was dry and I don't know what the flavor was supposed to be. Baked beans were no different than Bush's, corn nuggets/pattys were terrible. Spent close to $100 to be wasted, never again 😭

Catered 3 Meats and 5 sides to my job The meat was absolutely amazing. The ribs were perfection The sides were full of flavor and great portions!!! Day 2 or left overs still are great!

Never leave food reviews. With that being said, this food was great! 10/10. We tried the brisket, jalapeño cheddar sausage, chicken, potato salad, baked beans, and cheesy potatoes (my favorite). We will be back for more.

I rarely EVER do food reviews, but this place deserved it. The shredded chicken and pulled pork were cooked to perfection and the “crack green beans” are literally what they say.. crack. 🔥 cheesy potatoes were A1 as well. I highly recommend trying this establishment if you haven’t yet.

Best smoked meat in town!! We always order the Herc sandwich. It comes with a 2 bone in rib, brisket, turkey, pulled pork, and a choice of a jalapeño or beef sausage. We love the jalapeño sausage. It definitely fills us up. The meat is by far superior to any of the competition around town or any place really. It's always moist and flavorful. The BBQ sauce is on the sweet side but is really good. They also have free drink refills. The only down side for us is that it's located in the mall. But is always worth going inside for the Herc sandwich.

I went for bbq Sunday at 1:45. After walking up the dead escalater, they are closed. No sign or explanation. Maps shows them open til 3.
