Wasn't even able to order. Nobody answered at the speaker. Went up after waiting 15 minutes. They told me to go back around into the line.

I know many owners of these restaurants do not often get praise, but I would like to praise Kimberly as a fair, kind and just owner. Good on you, do not let hateful people ruin your kindness.

This location has been hit-or-miss for about the past year. However, today when i went for breakfast there were all new staff. They were friendly, the food was spot-on, and I genuinely felt like they get it now. Not sure if it is new management, but it was such a good experience that it seemed worth my time to let them know.

Didn’t get all of the items in my order but isn’t worth driving all the way back to get the item at this point. It isn’t that hard to remember to put all three ordered items in the bag when you have absolutely zero other customers to attend to.

Trust me, if I could give a ZERO I would!!!
We stood at the counter while 4 workers looked at us, not saying a word, and moved on..... when I asked for the bathroom code, the response was, um- you have to be a paying costumer..... to which I waved a TWENTY dollar bill in the air stating I have been waiting.
WORST burger king ever!! 👎

Was already having a tough day when I decided to come in for a quick lunch. This big dude who’s name was Josh was at the main counter when he took my friend’s order first while having an attitude and rolling his eyes the entire time. Then when it became my turn, I already knew what I wanted. Being used to the quick service of other fast food joints, I began shooting off my order to which he put up his hand and yelled “wait wait WAIT” in the most disgusting attitude I have ever experienced. I’m ALWAYS respectful and can let some attitudes go by since the food industry can be tough but I was ordering in a respectful manner with a smile on my face despite the disgusting behavior he exhibited towards my friend prior. To which I said shockingly “okay okay?” In an attempt to reassure his obvious growing frustrations towards something that could’ve easily been addressed with a kind “I’m sorry, I couldn’t catch that” or “you’re ordering just a bit too fast, would you please slow down so I can make sure I got everything?” Or something along those lines goes a long way.

If I come back to this location (as it’s the closest one to my school for lunch) and I see Josh at the front counter, I absolutely will not hesitate to ask someone else to take my order instead.

EDIT: Turns out this Josh is the “manager” and when I asked another associate to speak to a manager and found out it was him, I kindly asked to speak to whoever is above him. I didn’t mention why, but Josh overheard me say that and came back to ask me why. I responded with the fact that he was extremely rude to me and my friend and the response we got from him while he was taking our order was absolutely unnecessary and not warranted considering the fact we gave him nothing but respect on our end. He “apologized”, and when I said I’d still like to speak to the manager above him, He became argumentative and adamant that he was not disrespectful in any way shape or form to which I begged to differ. After establishing the person above him as being the Area Manager for this location, I asked about a business card and/or phone number to contact her to which Josh responded how he’s “not gonna give me her personal phone number”, which I understand, but I was asking for a phone number similarly to a corporate phone number to contact her with. He claimed the area manager would be present at 5 PM today to which I asked him if HE would also be present at that time and he said “yes”, so I agreed to be back at 5 to speak to the Area Manager about his behavior

EDIT EDIT: I ended up getting there around 5:45 and to no one’s surprise, Josh wasn’t there. I still requested to speak to a manager as the Area Manager was also not present at the time and I spoke to another manager whose name was Jacob I believe. Jacob was fantastic and heard me out and sympathized with the problems me and my friend had with Josh. He even offered me some Hershey Pies which are my favorite as compensation and I apologized to him as it is not fair that he needs to constantly apologize to customers for behavior that isn’t his own. I sincerely hope something is done about Josh as there is absolutely no way he should be in a position of power. I can only imagine how he treats the poor employees that have managed to be below him. Kudos to Jacob, he is fantastic and deserves a raise while Josh should receive a pay cut and a demotion.

If I could rate a 0 for service I most definitely would! I went inside to order and Josh was the one who took my order. As I was ordering he looked me at me and rolled his eyes. He handed me my change very aggressively. When it was my friends turn to order he yelled at them. He was very hostile and when he brung out my food he quite literally threw the tray at me. I still said thank you to him for bringing out my food but he ignored me. I felt very uncomfortable and will not be returning due to the hostility.

(Came to found out this Josh guy is the manager here, absolutely disgusted to know that a person like this is allowed to manage a restaurant and not care for customers)
