My Sprite tasted like bubbly water, the french fries tasted like salt with a hint of french fry and were cold. The best part of my burger was the tomato.
Sad and terrible excuse for a fast food business!

either the workers starting listening or they need stop smoking because i asked for pickle ketchup mustard mayo only put 8 onions rings on stuff who asks for 8 onions bigger than my hand to eat on a burger special much🤦‍♂️

Let me say the utter DISGUSTING state of this place! My husband and I came to visit family in Topeka, we stopped off to get a bite of food and saw this Burger King. We had been on the road for 3 hours and we had to use the restroom. Two birds one stone right? NOPE. We go to use the restrooms and they are passcode locked. So we went to the front to get the codes. While we were waiting at the desk, we saw a girl and guy come from the back. The guy was readjusting his pants and the girl was doing the same with hers. We asked her for the code and she chuckled and said follow me. So we followed her back to the bathrooms and she said “management put these in a few months ago and I’m not allowed to give anyone the code”. She inlocks the women’s first and I go in, I hear her tell my husband “oops sorry the men’s door is still locked, it’s been like that a few days.” So I quickly finish and I open the door to let him in the use the toilet, the girl got all pissy and said “You can’t do that!”. I shut the door in her face and locked it. There was no TP, soap, paper towels and there was literally trash all over the bathroom floor. Used tampons, food wrappers, empty tp rolls, etc. After what we experienced here, we decided not to eat here - neither one of us wanted to risk food poising. Management of Burger King - do better.

DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found a nose hair on my Whopper cheeseburger that was mixed in with the vegetables. I will NOT be returning to this Burger King or any of them again!!!!!!!!

I am writing to express my utmost concern regarding the state of the restrooms at the restaurant. On October 11th, I encountered a distressing situation that highlights the urgent need for improvements.

Firstly, the absence of a functional bathroom lock is a significant security and privacy concern. I mistakenly assumed that the door was locked. After I locked it, I tried to open it, and it would not open. Then, there was an embarrassing incident where an employee was knocking on the door, and I said, "occupied," which I'm pretty sure I said in a loud enough voice for someone to hear it. It seemed like they tried to open the door, but it wouldn't open in the first place, so that makes me think they use a key or something. But they inadvertently entered the restroom while I was using it. This incident has left me feeling deeply shaken and violated.

Furthermore, the lack of proper signage indicating the locking mechanism of the restroom doors is confusing and poses a risk to all employees. It is imperative that clear and visible signage be installed to avoid similar incidents in the future.

Additionally, the sink in the restroom appears to be malfunctioning, which adds to the overall unsanitary conditions of the facility. I strongly recommend that immediate action be taken to repair or replace the sink to ensure a hygienic environment for all employees.

In light of these concerns, I kindly request that the relevant authorities take swift action to address the aforementioned issues and ensure the safety, privacy, and well-being of all employees. I'm probably not going to go back to this Burger King. And I think they're Sprite from their Fountain is expired.

I ordered on the app and got there to pick it up. They were out of the chicken sandwiches, but they did ask if I wanted to substitute with a bacon cheeseburger. They did not have nearly enough staff to handle large orders.

Refuses to sell me a whopper at 10.30am. I've never had this problem with bk, all of sudden Topeka bks don't want to make burgers.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS LOCATION!! They used to be fast, took pride in making the orders right, and friendly. 1. I was told the $5 Whopper Jr Duo was ONLY Whopper Jrs. If you wanted anything extra on it like bacon or cheese, you had to pay extra. I asked if they were going to change the sign and he just said that's ITs job. 2. We order hamburgers with only ketchup and we end up with hamburgers with everything but the ketchup. 3. When you order two Jr meals in drive thru and you've been waiting awhile, watching employees lean against the counter chatting. Only person running around is the drive thru guy. 4. My FAVORITE, we order milkshakes and they tell us the machine isn't working. BUT an employee is on a smoke break, the back of the BK, drinking a milkshake.
