I decided to begin order and did not hear anything then oh sorry my head set died, i repeated order and I asked her to repeat my order because I heard it differently and I corrected it for her and then she yelled out of speaker with an attitude”ok anything else!”

I've been here a few times, the food is always good. They got my order wrong once and they were super apologetic, things happen. I have a food allergy and the manager was really nice about it. Overall good experience.

The I assume manager at the drivethru was bragging about how we the customers keep coming to eat his rat piss burgers. Needless to say I will not be coming back. And this is after waiting years for them to build my favorite place in North Topeka finally.

I placed an order using the mobile app, I realized right away that I ordered from the wrong store. I contacted the store to tell them not to make my order, she said they dont make them until we check in so no worries. I told her I needed to cancel it and get a refund, she told me to email and they would refund me. i emailed and Burger King told me they would not refund my money. so I didnt get my food not did i get a refund, Burger King stole my money and lost a customer for good

there is nothing fast about this restaurant as in drive thru. 5 mins to order, 15 mins to get to he pick up window at 10:00 at night to have the Cashier say she doesn't have your order! Pathetic, but Hardee's was good!
