I can't even rate the food because i never even got the chance to order it! we waited in the line for 25 minutes at 6:00 at night, theres no outlet to leave so we were stuck. people finally started to back out so we left. this location is very poorly managed.

Went to pick up my mobile order around 10-1030pm and the lobby was already closed. I drive a lifted truck and was unsure if I could make it through the drive thru without curb checking so when I pulled up to the menu I asked if a team member could walk my order out the door as I was unsure if I could fit through the drive thru and the girl on the mic said they could (didn't catch her name). I backed up and parked beside the front door so they didnt have to walk very far and Danny brought out my order and he was super sweet about it. I just wanted to thank these two workers for going the extra step and doing this for me! The little things make all the difference! And possibly saved me some curb checking on my tires. 😂

Lobby closed early. Could not get help in drive thru. Was told to wait just one moment, which I don’t mind, but when they told me I could order whenever I was ready I ordered and was left with nothing. No words. I asked “hey did you get that? Sorry?” several times and was just ignored. Terrible customer service and super long line that took forever.
