Couldn't give a review on the quality of the food since we never got any. We went to Burger King in North Topeka to grab a quick bite while running errands. We sat in the drive thru for a few minutes before anyone even answered. Than the person on the speaker started rushing us through our order asking if that was all after each item like he wanted to hurry up and be done with us so we gave our order quickly even though they did not appear busy (this was around 3pm) when we were done no one answered us we informed them that was all of our order we were ignored finally someone else got on the speaker and informed us they were helping another customer and it would be a few more minutes and they would need us to repeat our order we decided to go somewhere else with better service

Waited at the speaker for 20 mins and now one greeted us or anything, finally we asked them if they were ready and the guy said very rudely "no I'm not" and then finally about 5 mins later he asked us "what do you want" we started giving our order and after every single item would say "is that it" then after our order no one said a thing for a few mins then a lady got on and said "sir you're gonna have to give him a min we had a customer come up to the counter so he's helping him" at the point we said forget it we'll go elsewhere. Burger King's food is not worth being treated like this, do better.

The lady manager on duty is rude as hell to her employees she has a nasty attitude towards them that's not good business at all. I will never ever go back unless she's gone she needs to be held accountable for her actions. I've heard her yell and disrespect the employees behind the register.

The food was done right, although I would not call the service friendly. What wowed me, though, was how clean and spacious the restaurant felt. Hands down the best Burger King I have ever set foot in. The inside playground they have for the kids is epic. Definitely the place to bring the family to let the kids burn energy when the weather is lousy. We'll be back.

5 minutes for somebody to even respond to me in the drive-thru line for them to shove me off to the side for 20 minutes. This place is always a joke. Fast food means fast food. If I wanted it to take 25 minutes I would have went to a sit down

Been ordering from this place for a while. I usually order the same thing, chicken fries meal. It’s a toss up on whether I’ll get fresh food or not. Today was NOT a fresh day. The french fries were hot, but I think this is the most stale I’ve ever seen in chicken fries. They were tough and depressingly warm. It must have been sitting out in the warmer literally all day.

Both self order kiosks were not working. The digital display showing menu items was not working. After standing at the counter for a while the person working the drive up window, yelled at the kitchen for some to come up front to take our order. There was no ice in the soda machine, I went to the counter for ice, they put some in our cups but they made no effort to come fill the machine. There were no napkins, I went to the counter to get some, they gave me some but made no effort to fill the napkin holders. Our whoppers were lukewarm at best. I have been a customer for years this is the worst experience i have ever had at a Buger King or for that matter, the worst experience I have ever had at ANY fast food restaurant.

This is a fairly new resteraunt. So, normally I would be forgiving, but the staff needs huge improvements. I observed them drop the onion ring scoop on the floor and then go rinse it with a little water and begin using it again. I stopped them and suggested that it be properly washed, and that they toss out the rings. They did go wash the scoop, but they scooped the rings back into the basket, and refried them. I did not eat them, and I will not return, until I hear through others that things have improved. C'mon BK, you have to do better! We don't want salmonella! Update 09/14/19 Ok, I gave them another shot, and things HAVE improved (so I gave them another star). I'm trying to maintain a low soduim diet, so my order can be complicated, and they've nailed it the last two times I've been there. I think now that the new has worn off some, they aren't getting overwhelmed all the time, and that has given them time to improve. Keep it up North Topeka BK! I still haven't ordered onion rings again, though. Once bitten, twice shy and all.... Update 10/11/23 Went again today, and had no problems. We even got onion rings! We were the only customers inside, the whole time we were there. Apparently, lightning hit the building and shorted out their whole menu, which did make ordering a bit of a challenge, but the staff helped us out. It was about as good as BK gets.
