Putting this Casey's in was an absolute waste of space and time. Never do they have fresh food, we've tried for 3 weekends to get a piece of pizza before we leave town around 8:15 for breakfast and nothing has ever been done. There's been twice shut it was down, the whole store, because not enough staff. I think this store has only been open for a 6 to maybe 8 months, goes to show that expectations on the west side of town compared to us Central is different apparently, because the one at 45th and California and the one on urish are always on point.

The staff is very friendly. I went in with a neutral attitude but was greeted when walked in and even made to smile before I left. Would drive out of the way to visit this Caseys over another.

Food is hot and fresh, but customer service is trash. Also, hire more people! One cashier but you need at least 2. And please hire someone friendly, cause the lady in there hates her job. Won't talk to you and just stands there.

I came in for donuts and iced coffee to which apparently non of the 2 machines were working. I bought donuts and opted for a fountain drink. I couldn’t tell where the line was to check out nor could any of the other customers. It was a wait to check out as there was 1 cashier. I saw others coming up with pizza slices so I got out of line to get a slice of the breakfast pizza-it had just came out so it looked hot and fresh.
I can’t say the gal(cashier) was nice at all-she didn’t say hello, thank you, have a good day NOTHING! I hope this Casey survives, meaning Customer Service, cleanliness of the store in the Ice Coffee/Soda area. I work at the down the street and it’s not too far from where I liveI grew up in a small town with Casey’s so I was excited to have it in the Topeka-I know there are other Casey’s in Topeka but they are further away from me. I would recommend improving their customer service-people are coming to spend their money at the store and after all you are earning a check. I did say thank you as I paid and never even told my total-I just looked on the card reader.(sigh)

Although the store is clean. I come into this store several times a week and there is only one clerk to service multiple people. No matter what time of day. It's always busy but there is only ever one clerk. Extremely disappointing to where I've seen people wait so long they left their pizza on the shelves die to their frustrations
