Always long lines, warmers and coolers never stocked. Cashiers care more about chatting than taking care of customers. Takes a minimum of 15 minutes to grab something quick and get out. Not a good lunch stop if you have a time limit.

AMAZING NIGHT STAFF! 9-25 at like 11:55 they let me stay in the store were very polite and respectful and helped Me warm up and let make a late purchase of coffee to stay warm on my long drive home as my HEATER went out on my truck! ... great group working that

The women’s restroom was absolutely DISGUSTING…The trash was so full that there was toilet paper and a pad scattered all over the floor…there was a tampon wrapper in the toilet in the first stall. So glad I have a strong bladder because good god I was not going to even squat over those toilets. My boyfriend came out of the men’s and also commented on how disgusting it was in there too and they had no paper towels.
Gas pumps are slow, there was nothing to clean your windshield with at none of the pumps, if you wanted a receipt you had to go inside to get it. Poor gas station should’ve went across the street to Wood’s gas station.

The men’s and women’s restrooms are disgusting and unsanitary! No toilet paper in one stall and the other had nasty on it!! No paper towels to dry your hands and the floors were disgusting. My husband said the men’s bathroom was equally as gross! I never leave reviews, but unbelievable! I told the cashiers when my husband was checking out and they both just stared at us! No, we are so sorry and we will get right on cleaning the restrooms and refilling the toilet paper and paper towels. They serve food in there too!!?? The health department needs to do a visit asap! I never leave negative reviews, this is my first one. Just glad I didn’t have a little one that had to use the bathroom!!! Brand new place and it looks like this!

Wednesday, Aug. 30. 11:15 am. Twelve people in line and one cashier. Another employee walking around. I asked her why not a second cashier? She said “There’s no room. Managers are counting money on the floor.” I walked out.

This is the worst Casey's I've ever been in. There's trash all over the floor, spilled drinks to walk through, overflowing trashcan, employees on their phones instead of working, and twice now, no iced tea. It's over 100 degrees and no tea. Casey's, I thought you were better than this.
