I went in there laughing and playing and on their phones my order was wrong and the trash that's out in the front all over the place all over the floor and everywhere I probably won't be going back there I'll probably be going to the one on California in Topeka Kansas that one is clean and they do their job so that was a waste of my money

If I had an option to click on zero start I would . This place is absolutely trash!!!! The meal portions are small and the cook manager lady was rushing us out. Horrible service. I don't recommend anyone to come here!!

I paid $41 for 2 brisket bowls and a bag of chips and guac and I can confidently say it was a waste of money The portions were so small it was like ordering kids bowls. The bag of chips was 1/3 way full and the guac portions was like 4 oz. The amount of brisket I received was about half a scoop the workers could care less about the quality of the food. Overall I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Please please be careful going in and out of the chipotle on foot I went in to grab my mobile pickup after a 12 hour shift so excited. I grabbed it and went to scurry back to the car when I say I got 10 feet out the door and went completely airborne. I mean it. I held the bag as tight as heavenly possible. I get home to enjoy my bowl right after completely go in airborne and smashing the ground. Excited because I didn’t break anything other than my chips and I bite into a giant what looks like Bayleaf. Photo will be attached honestly not even mad about falling, just upset at the fact that I was still excited after falling, and my food gave me the ick.

Food was good, timing fine but no clean tables. Maybe 5 groups eating. The floor was dirty. I think it is time for a remodel. Many chairs looked just like this one pictured.

The Chipotle worker was unable to roll my large burrito. So instead of using a bowl, or more shells, he threw it away. And made a whole new burrito that was smaller. I should have left when he threw my food away.
I don’t get how I ordered steak on DoorDash but got brisket instead and the brisket was also burnt I don’t think I’ll order from here again because the food is wildly inconsistent the steak the last 2 times I’ve gotten it has seemed undercooked and chewy.

Ordered online and it was a third of the portion they were giving customers on site as I sit and watched several orders be made. Then the customer picking up an online order after me found they also shorted her order too. Then management took no accountability for the online orders being shorted as me and the other customer that ordered online watched his crew make on site orders correctly. Terrible service at this Chipotle and if you go to this Chipotle definitely order in person and not online. In my opinion save your time though and visit the location on California St as I’ve always gotten excellent service from them every time. The Chipotle on Wanamaker is out dated and definitely poorly staffed.
