this was my first experience at chipotle actually ordering more than queso and chips. the build your own style of restaurants can be stressful and the employees were not forgiving to someone who didn’t already know what everything was. I felt rushed when there was no line behind me. There aren’t labels on anything, which I think would be very helpful. The food was not bad, but I think too expensive especially for the experience I had where it seemed like the employee was annoyed at me asking any questions. I did find a dark hair in my food after taking it home. I am not trying to bash on the specific employees but I really think this place could benefit from labels on toppings and maybe talk to staff about being friendly. I felt unwelcome. Again, food was good generally but I’ve had better for less money.

I love Chipotle I think it is the best food chain in the USA but today was something else we where traveling and decided to eat at our favorite fast food restaurant but inside was just straight up shame the people gave like 1/4 of scoops and besides that it is the most dirtiest Chipotle in the USA probably absolutely no sanitation the walls where very dirty as well as the floors and tables it was very disturbing to eat and almost throw up loosing my appetite along with it, I think they guys need a new manager to pick this place up from hell. JUST STRAIGHT UP SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!

Continues to deteriorate. Tried the carne Asad with red chimichurie. Threw it away it was so bad. And $15 to boot. Steak was all fat and couldn't chew it. Rice was dry as if it was leftover. Seriously my worst experience there yet.

I rarely, if ever, leave poor reviews but this place has earned it. I have been to this location numerous times and it is nearly always filthy (where your bowl is made but also where you eat). Today, was no exception. I only continue to come because of the convenient location but I may have to stop. The person that made my food today didn’t change his gloves after checking the customer before me out and was very rude and rushing me despite me being the only person in line.

I went in there laughing and playing and on their phones my order was wrong and the trash that's out in the front all over the place all over the floor and everywhere I probably won't be going back there I'll probably be going to the one on California in Topeka Kansas that one is clean and they do their job so that was a waste of my money

If I had an option to click on zero start I would . This place is absolutely trash!!!! The meal portions are small and the cook manager lady was rushing us out. Horrible service. I don't recommend anyone to come here!!

I paid $41 for 2 brisket bowls and a bag of chips and guac and I can confidently say it was a waste of money The portions were so small it was like ordering kids bowls. The bag of chips was 1/3 way full and the guac portions was like 4 oz. The amount of brisket I received was about half a scoop the workers could care less about the quality of the food. Overall I wouldn't recommend coming here.
