Quit hiring seamen District kids and Shawnee Heights . Update August 11, 1:30 PM now they’re giving you less than half a cup for a burrito $11 for a baby burrito. You can ask for more rice. They don’t charge you but you have to ask for more Rice This is a sign that chipotle will be going out of business here very soon I shouldn’t feel like an absolute fool to ask for more rice on my burrito. You need to let customers know. Hey, we can add more rice free of charge instead of customer is just assuming that you’re getting nine pieces of rice for. Came in to get a double wrapped burrito like I always do and they still can't do anything right in there it seems I don't really understand I know the management absolutely sucks he didn't even cook you didn't even cook the wraps he just threw them on for one second and took him off you have to cook them separately I asked for a double wrapped not an uncooked wrap he didn't even wrap my burrito he just put it in foil and put it in my bag I had to wrap it in my car and unfortunately in North Topeka there's really not much of an option unless you drive to Wanamaker I don't really understand like are they passing the vape pen around in there or something it's it's always a weird weird weird weird weird environment in that place and I don't understand it's almost uncomfortable everybody in there is like zombies bumping into each other and bumping into walls it's like a movie scene in there or something I don't understand why you have somebody making burritos if they can't wrap them what I think is management needs to be fired in corporate needs to come in here and fix this place it's absolutely just an odd weird bunch of people that you have working there

Ordered on the app for a steak bowl, picked it up, didnt have extra rice as requested, didn't even have the usual single serving of rice, had like 5 pieces of steak. Not the first time ive order on the app and been sorely disappointed in the lack of food in the bowl compared to ordering in person.

Had to drive back to the store to pick up guacamole that hadn’t been put with our order. Once home again, we found out one of the burritos had multiple ingredients added that were not asked for. What a waste of $50. Where’s management at this location?

The food portions and flavors are not consistent. I will order a burrito, and it is so big it almost busts out everywhere. Next burrito order, with the same ingredients, it is so small 2 are needed to satisfy hunger.

Paid over 20$ for a burrito and they send me a burrito that was half the size of what it was supposed, every time I order online for pickup or delivery they do this
I’m confounded - I was truly excited when they announced noto was getting a chipotle… until I experienced the worst service. I gave the more than 3 opportunities figuring it was due to new staff/location - heck, I understood that it might be slow in the beginning. But after throwing three orders in the trash and being told I have to dispute my online order online I’m done. I ate at one in JoCo and it was on point with what I remember Chipotle being, but not this new place- I can’t u sweat and how somebody invests that much money into a new location for them to let it be run into the ground from the get go. Hire new management, train the staff, show a sense of pride… I had to talk myself down more than once from the urge to throw the garbage they served me across the serving line, but I really believe it’s a management issue rather than a staffing issue. I’m now a Qdoba convert we though I still prefer the taste of chipotle done right.

I went in and the counter was a mess. I ordered a bowl and wanted chicken. There were about 10 scrounge looking pieces at the very bottom of container and it was burnt. I told her it didn’t look very good and she said it all looks like that. Right after she put that pathetic looking chicken on my bowl and moved to next area a guy filled it up with brand new chicken. She was so adamant about the chicken she forgot the beans completely. I brought it home ate about 4 bites and threw it away. I was so excited to get a Chipotle in North Topeka but not sure i will give anyone advice to go there. Maybe I need to try Qdoba!!
