This location used to be decent but has drastically gone downhill.
The double protein bowl I ordered online had light rice but only a single scoop of chicken on it— such a rip off. The rice was so undercooked, which made it difficult to enjoy our meals. My wife ordered a salad bowl which we found out had no lettuce on it at all when we got home and it looked like someone had already eaten half of her meal. Very disappointing experience when we were excited to use Chipotle gift cards we got for Christmas.
With so many consistently bad reviews… Might be time to shut this one down.

Terrible service, they don’t get orders correct especially takeout and pickup. I order a chicken quesadilla with sides, and there is no chicken in the quesadilla and I got none of my sides, this isn’t the first time this has occurred

Ordered pickup on New Year’s Eve and, in the middle of my meal, pulled a chewed-up fingernail out of my mouth. After that, my entire family was unable to finish their food.
I wrapped the fingernail in a paper towel and returned to the store, where I was told the only option they could offer was an 1-800 number. I’ve now been calling for four days requesting a refund. Each time, I’m told a report was sent to an “incident team” who will only follow up by email. I have yet to receive any email or resolution.
This experience was disgusting and extremely disappointing, both in food safety and customer service.

If I can give no stars, I would we ordered off Uber because we didn’t wanna go anywhere causewe are truck drivers and we got our food. It’s the tiniest little. I look like a little Del taco burrito. It was cold. There was no chicken in either burrito bowl or burrito it was gross. I don’t know who let people work at a establishments where they serve food like that especially to Uber or anything. The food look gross and you guys should be ashamed on whoever was working and don’t worry I will be contacting corporate office and complaining about your guys store and I don’t know who gave you guys five stars. That’s ridiculous your portions. I’m from Southern California I’ve never ever in any state that I’ve been to so far I’ve got a burrito that looks like a little tiny Del taco burrito. You get chipotle burritos because they’re big very disappointing and you guys should be embarrassed of yourself

In Topeka, I like the North location the best. It's newer, more updated, and just seems like the nicest location. Staff was friendly and the food was great! Will definitely go back in the future.
