When you go to a Chipotle you don't always experience the same, depending on the location, staff, management, etc. This restaurant was high on the list for quality service, food and overall atmosphere! Well done to all of you!

I haven't had any problems normally but tonight was highly disappointing I asked for little black beans and he put the biggest scoop EVER yet always portion out meat like you guys are running out? Weird. I did not say anything since all of the workers demeanor seemed very rushed and if I would of asked it probably would of made them mad/irritable by my request.. DO BETTER!

I love chipotle but ordering online is too much of a gamble. I got a bowl today and it was a huge portion of rice and hardly any beans, meat, or sauce. We are paying for ours meals and they just skimp on everything but rice. Ordering online is such a privilege. Let's get the people what they want chipotle. we pay extra to order online.

I noticed that the portions are getting smaller at one location and larger at another . I have been ordering the bowl for the past two years and they opened up a new location near me and the portions are smaller on this side of town . Today I actually went to both locations to make sure I’m just imagining it - I live in Topeka

Ordered a single entree and the entire thing was wrong. Ingredients are literally listed on the receipt and not a single thing was right. How does this happen?

Would give the food a 4, but today I found a hair in my food. I did call, and they did say they could remake the food. But I had to decline. The guy who took my phone call took my number and said the manager would call me back. It's been a couple of hours, and still no call. Was a bit bummed out because I enjoy the food. Only one star for me. I know the hair is not mine because I have thick black hair.

Went to this location and while waiting in line they had a full tub of cheese. When we got up to order they had just moved it to the back. She told me they were out of cheese. When I asked about the tub that was completely full she had an extremely rude attitude and said it was for online orders only because they had already paid. This location had almost never had all items and always out of something. Staff has never been welcoming either. I’d avoid this location at all costs.

I got a burrito and I asked for everything extra (even a extra tortilla) and I get a skinny burrito and I didn’t even get 2 of the things I asked for to be put into my burrito! I even called them and didn’t get no answer. I will never order online/ at that store again!

Hi absolutely love the white rice with the lime flavoring and the al pastor chicken. My only real complaint is it is slower than molasses to get your food if there's any line.
