Had my Grandson's 1st Birthday Party there!!!!
My daughter turned 1, and I had her birthday party here. She had fun and will definitely visit again.
It's what you expect for Chuck E. Cheese, but it was absolutely what our 9 year old wanted for her birthday party. Derek did a good job providing all our party needs. The dance party and ticket grab were fun additions. They ran around, played games and ate pizza, cake and ice-cream. The kids had enough credits to play games for a couple hours and most earned enough tickets for the prizes they wanted. All in all a good experience, just not something we'll do every year.
Ruined. Animatronics are gone. I will never return to this place again thanks to this stupid remodel. Thanks for ruining my childhood!
Robert had a great time
Thank you for making this 6th birthday unforgettable. You made sure she understood the day was hers and your attention to our small party for priceless. Many thank yous from the family!
Not too crowded.. staff wasn't very pleasant but my niece and kids had fun still
I would say this place is a 5 star place to go but. The pricing online was very hard to find for the play time. I also had to go through loops to find the number to talk to a regular person at the store. There were only two employees the entire time we worked there. Which one of them had to be in a chuckee cheese outfit the whole time for a birthday party. Which left the girl at the counter to do doors, tickets, and buy food and whatever else is needed. It is not clear on your website what times are available for the party pack as well. It says you are open tell 9 on Fridays which should be a business opportunity for a later party. But the cut off is at 7. So everyone knows. Some of the games did not work. Not a big deal. But when we told them about a kid ride with a door that wouldn't close they didn't seem to pay very much mind to it. I bought too many minute cards because less people showed up than expected. So they are none refundable and you have to use them that day. None of their signs point that out very clearly. Because once I was there I left and tried to use a card later and it was not on there. That should be very clear and in bold print somewhere when you are at the register.

When we walked in got stamps on our hands and didn't given a reason why and when we walked out the door to leave we got chaced out the door by a employee being yelled at on why we didn't get permission to leave and why we didn't scanned our hands out to leave.

Great service. Had a PTO event here and even with a misunderstanding of the event planning from a corporate office this branch made it work and the kids had a great time.
The food was good. Pizza and wings were tasty.

This location is definitely struggling because the prizes require a ton of tickets to get anything, the games don't give many tickets, and the prize selection is small. You have to spend a lot to even get close to anything bigger than the candy or small cheap plastic toys (ex. Vampire teeth, rings, etc). We did an hour of play on 2 kids and got 800 tickets total and were able to get airheads and 2 lollipops. The Wichita location is by far superior compared to this location.

As a person who grew up in Chuck E. Cheese...this was a pretty awful experience for my kids. This place used to be about the kids, the animatronics, the characters of the franchise, the playground and ballpit that the Kids could play in all day long... This "Modern" Chuck E. Cheese is a glorified kids casino. We saw one guy come out as "chuck" but it was literally just a guy wearing a tshirt and a plastic looking helmet...this was so disappointing to see what my childhood had to offer for us vs this cash grab redemption arcade...this will likely be my last visit to this establishment unfortunately. Their competitors just simply do it better. A sad end to an era....BRING BACK THE OLD SCHOOL ARCADES

Chuck E came out 1 time during the birthday and was out for one song no excitement or enthusiasm. Energy was very poor.
The place is super loud. The pizza came out cold and hard. Ordered 3 pizzas 1 came out cold and hard and had to wait 30+ extra minutes for the others so couldn’t even have my party eat together. The little trampoline place is over $12 per child and not included so you come in and spend a large amount of money to only have to spend more just for your child to jump on a small trampoline. First and last birthday I will have here and won’t be returning. After reading several other comments the guest relations should really take a proactive approach to fixing the issues.
