The place smells horrible so if you're planning on eating there, I'm sorry. But if you're taking out, that would be best if you want to enjoy the food. You'll never get an awesome meal twice in a row, it's iffy, depending on the time of day, the day of the week, and if they are following the throw away time management which is required by the FDA but they make so much to keep on hand, I'm sure they are not following protocols. They'd go out of business if they did. Service is iffy, some of the workers are a real piece of work and probably shouldn't be in any type of customer service, but again, this depends on the day, the time, and other reasons... The food is crispy, like it should be most of the time, if it's old, you'll know instantly.
Parking: Nothing special to add, just park around the building or use the drive thru.
Kid-friendliness: No really, I mean, the place is small.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp but you'll need to get the door open without falling off of the curb.

It took three tries to get the order correct. Even then they charged me for an item that I had not ordered. Luckily I stopped after I left the store to check I found that 2 items I had ordered and paid for were not delivered. To top it off, when I got home chicken was stale and inedible. I have been going to this store foryears, won’t be going again any time soon!

If this was a chicken jerky restaurant I’d love this place. They sucked all the moisture out of the chicken. The fries were disrespectfully cold. But the drinks were perfect. If you do eat here make sure to get something to get the nasty taste out of your mouth.

The food was phenomenal for most of it being ready and under a heat lamp. We got the 5 piece tender meal with fries, 3 piece tender meal with fries, 3 piece chicken meal with fries, and the chicken fried steak meal with mashed potatoes and country gravy. I was surprised it was really good. Too bad they only had ac in their I guess it was a walkway at the front of the store, we had to eat it for in the car it was way too hot and too small to eat in the building. The service well they were there they only work on one order at a time. There was a couple in front of us when we arrived and they were ordering a teen came in who was with their party to get napkins and he said he was done and his mom said she hadn't got hers yet. We had to wait about 10 mins or so for then to take our order their not in a hurry but they didn't miss anything. I'm not sure what or how they make the biscuits they almost looked like some kind of dessert the were I guess deep fried the were hard in the outside but once you got into it they were soft. There parking lot is really small if u don't watch it u could park in front of the order box for the drive thru.
Parking: Very small 2 handicap 2 regular on one side about 5 or 6 on the other side.
3pm 5/5/24I drove off without checking my bag. My mistake!!!Another boy was at the window. I said that I didn't get my okra with my order, and he asked me "what order?". I picked up my bag and said this order. He said I wasn't at the window and it would take 3 minutes to cook. I asked if I could have a refund, he said that it would be a week because of the machine. I paid cash! There was no offer for a different side. I just left. No refund and 1/2 an order of food. Disappointed and hungry!

I love their jalapeno peppers as well as their chicken. But I have noticed the last several times in getting the jalapenos peppers, they are REALLY small and for the price. I bought 5 jalapenos and they didn't fill the container they normally come in. That's how small they were.
Bring back the cajun rice!
