I love their jalapeno peppers as well as their chicken. But I have noticed the last several times in getting the jalapenos peppers, they are REALLY small and for the price. I bought 5 jalapenos and they didn't fill the container they normally come in. That's how small they were.

Came thru drive thru asked me a 16 piece family meal they advised it would be a 14 minute wait. Stated that was fine then all of a sudden they said oh and were only taking cash. So we left went to a close atm paid 3 dollars to withdrawal cash. Went inside to order and people was paying with their card was very very irrated. Took over 30 minutes to get our food. Came home and missing our biscuits. Also staff plays around way to much they could of got out food out so much faster if they wasn't playing around. Don't think we will go back.

This was the first time in a long time. Our meal, meaning chicken, was better than all the other times. But chicken is so pricey. But we are gonna tight up in going out to eat is costing us to much to eat out.

Ordered regular not spicy, got spicy ... wings looked liked they'd been cooked this morning, worker sitting on counter, painted windows black so u can't see in kitchen from drive thru...tried to call to complain, no answer and not busy.. will not be going back if don't die from food poisoning
We came to order our food and we ended up getting fries instead of okra...we called. The employees were kind and got the replacement ready for us. As we are waiting for our fresh okra. The OWNER or MANAGER is pacing around the lobby reprimanding the employees who are in the middle of dinner rush IN FRONT OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS. we had a pleasant experience until we had to interact with the owner. Do not disrespect the people who work hard to make money for you. The owner is the reason for this bad review. Even with a simple mistake the employees were great. These poor employees were doing their best to keep up with orders and he continuously stops them from working to tell them to hurry up. He is a horrible experience for this company. He should stay home and only arrive when buisness is closed.

Ordered the $23.99 family meal. Went to pay and they charged me $38.99. I asked why and they told me because they had a mix of the white/dark meat in there. Apparently you have to ask for all dark meat in order to get the $23.99 price. Liz had already ran my credit card after I said I didn't want it. Then told me she couldn't refund me because the manager isn't there. So I was charged an extra $15 because there was mixture of white and dark meat? I could tell I wasn't going to get anywhere with her so I left. Will never go back.
