I just took my family there 3 adults 2 kids total was 62. I put in my card and when the manager gave me the receipt she put in 12.50 tip. I caught it right away I work in the food and beverage industry. I brought to her attention.. she was dismissive argumentative blaming me saying I touched the key pad. That’s when I lost it I told my son to put the kids in the car. That’s when I told every one in the restaurant to look at their receipt see if a tip was entered. I demanded a refund. I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN UNTIL NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!

Do not come here. I paid $14.50 for the buffet with a drink. They refuse to give me a plastic cup to go instead of the regular cup just to keep me from getting a refill. They’re extremely expensive for the buffet and then they are Nickel and diming us for the drink. I hope this business goes out of business.

I was really craving Cicis pizza and so my family and I came here yesterday (2/10/25).
The lady at the front desk show ZERO customer service, no smile, no welcome, nothing. When we first arrived, there wasn’t many options but after 10 minutes they took out a few pizzas and cheese bread. I was really excited for the soup and the Alfredo pasta but was highly disappointed when the soup was basically empty and the Alfredo sauce had no taste at all… I don’t remember it being tasteless ? Same with the pizzas, last night really lacked a lot of flavor. There wasn’t many dessert options either, I guess since they were about to close in an hour they didn’t bother making anything else. The cinnamon bread wasn’t fully cooked, I took a bite out of the piece my husband got and instantly spit it out because the bread/dough wasn’t fully cooked. I was highly disappointed with the taste and quality of the food.

I must also say that $6.99 for a kid is kind of insane. My daughter is 5 and she literally ate one bowl of the pasta and didn’t want to eat anything else. You’re better off buying some from Walmart for way cheaper and with more flavor.

What really topped it off for me was the lack of management and help. My daughter loves to play with the machines in the back and so I promised her I would let her play. They changed their system from tokens to play cards. I really liked the tokens and hate how everything is becoming so “digital”. $10 is the minimum that you can put for the cards, keep that in mind. $10 gives you 50 credits and all of their machines are 5+ credits. I was so mad last night when my daughter wanted to play the basketball game in the corner and swiped the card 3 TIMES because she thought the game was glitching and turns out the game doesn’t work. My husband told the employees there that it took 15 credits and that it doesn’t work. The employees response was “yes we know, that machine doesn’t work.” Like what?? If you KNOW the machine doesn’t work, why isn’t there a sign?? Those were the last 15 credits and there was no way I was going to add another $10 for my daughter to play their machines. My husband saw how upset I was and decided to speak to a manager. When he asked one of the employees if there was a manager, the employee said they didn’t have any. My husband asked how is that possible? And also asked “so you guys do whatever you want?” And the employee laughed and responded saying “basically yeah” and so my husband proceeded to tell him what was happening and the employee said there was nothing they can do because they changed their system to play cards.

I highly recommend to not come here. This place sucks all around. From food, to customer service, to cleanliness, to everything!

Management needs to hire employees to fully do their job that includes great customer service, clean and stocked bathrooms, clean & stocked buffets, clean tables & floors, clean prep & cooking equipment and areas, not fake hellos and thank yous people know when an individual is not a well mannered employee so managers it starts with you starts hiring ones that are there to work not to stand around on their phones, cursing & not doing anything but their for a small check

Charge to much for very little selection. Me and my 5 grandbabies ages 6,4,3,3,2 ans paid 66$ for cardboard hard pizza. Ans they didn't really want to make any other kinds of pizza. And my grandkids didn't even want to eat what was made. Such a waste of time. Its sad cause they normally love pizza. Cici went down hill.

Staff were unfriendly. Almost seemed bothered to help anyone. Could hear them talking crap on anyone that asked a question. Although food came out quickly, it lacked flavor and ingredients.

I brought my high school choir to Cici's for lunch on our winter tour. It was easy to reserve our day and time, the people I talked to were very happy to help us. The pizza buffet was delicious and reasonably priced. We are happy customers!

The woman charged us $32 for 2 adults and a 2 year old. When I asked why she said because you got a drink. My toddler has his own juice and I asked for water. She was incredibly rude and the worst part is how bare it was. What did we pay for? The dressing for the salad was empty the whole time we were there so I never got a salad. The pizza line was never full, and the brownies were extremely dry. Every table was dirty and the floor was despicable. I regret going.

I could not tell if we were there to be served the food we came for or to be served constant conversations between the staff. Pizza was not made since we had entered the establishment. One worker working on to-go orders the entire time while his coworker stood and talk to another woman the entire time. Food was very stale and not fresh from the pizza down to the salad and pasta. Would not recommend eating here anytime soon.
