I have enjoyed all visits to the classic bean. I most recently had a Rubenstein sandwich which was tasty and 1/2 sandwich was pretty filling. Their Macha latte is quite a soothing sip.

I always enjoy Classic Bean and their fantastic variety of sandwiches and desserts but last time I dined here I brought my celiac friend with me and the counter staff was so kind, compassionate and accommodating to ensure my friend could enjoy something yummy too! There aren't alot of places that take celiac disease seriously and I appreciate so very much the staff taking such good care of my friend! They went above and beyond to make sure there was no cross contamination so thank you Classic Bean staff! Just one more reason to keep coming back!
My wife and I dropped our girls off at dance and decided to go get coffee. We sit down and a guy comes over and says “hey you can’t have outside food in here.” I said “oh it’s just my kids we just dropped them off at dance, they lost the lid, we aren’t eating it.” He is like “oh okay sounds good” and leaves. No more than 2 mins go by and this older lady walks over and says “hi you can’t have food in here” we explain again and she says yeah can you just put it in your purse. She proceeds to Continue to talk about it and I finally I said “listen it’s not that serious we are leaving”. So much for a relaxing small break with my wife, we will not be back.

I went to work on my masters coursework this morning. It was so nice out in the shade so I grabbed one of their tables outside. I wasn’t quite ready to order anything yet so I just sat and did some homework for a while. A man comes outside (I am the only person sitting at the outside tables besides one other person) and tells me “you have to leave because you haven’t purchased anything. These tables are not owned by fairlawn plaza, they’re owned by Classic Bean and if you aren’t going to purchase anything you need to leave.” Pretty disappointed as I was just focused on my school work and hadn’t gotten up to order anything yet. I won’t be going back and I’m so glad I didn’t order anything.
PS, whoever it was that came out and told me to leave needs a toothbrush.🥰

I've been going to The Classic Bean for years and previously had great experiences. Last weekend I ordered and received very little gravy (pictures attached). I was charged $5 for a side of gravy. In the past, I was given plenty of sausage gravy. The bacon was smaller than any other time I've ordered it. This sounds petty but when you pay $17 for breakfast, to cut a person on something that small isn't good. That made the total cost $22. That didn't include the Latte.
